Really nice fellow. Very politely. Lost keys and had reached out to him to get in. But sadly couldn't as landlord had gone ahead to sort the issue out. John was very kind enough not to charge me for coming out and really couldn't get him petrol money as no cash was with me at the time... Would recommend him anytime.

Can’t recommend John enough. He arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call when my key snapped in half in the lock and was so quick and efficient I didn’t even have time to boil the kettle to make him a cup of tea! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you John!

Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Ray and Phil. We live locally, and needed to upgrade a back door lock. Ray helped out with passing suggestions on locks, as well as tightening up the double glazed door. We now have a newly fitted lock and a door that shuts without any crunching. The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. He didn't give up and we were very pleased with the service. Great communication throughout and a quick response time. Helped us end a horrible and stressful day with a smile for a job well done. After my Mum had a fall , I couldn’t get into her house. It was a Saturday and he was out with his daughter, but came quickly and got me in. He was so kind, got Mum into a chair, then fixed a more suitable lick on the door. I heartily recommend his company for prompt , expert and kind service, thank you so much.

My rental house estate agent sent John to fix back door key misalignment after the door had been shaved down due to wood expansion. He also fixed a sticky door handle in the lounge for me whilst he was there. He did such a great job that when I moved house I asked the estate agent for the locksmith details and just got John back to help me change some other locks. He was on time, quick and knowledgeable. I used Scott @pick of the bunch locksmiths to do a safety inspection on all of the locks in my home to see if they were British standard and were acceptable for my home insurance. Many were found to be of poor quality. Scott changed them and brought everything up to medren standards. He was polite, efficient and reasonably priced. My bathroom window would not close which meant we could not leave the house until it was resolved. I contacted Scott and he immediately knew what the problem was. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. I lost my only car key to my Ford fiesta. I rang PRO AUTO LOCKSMITH 🚘 They were very professional from the moment that they answered the phone. I was given a very short time slot for when they would arrive at my home, they arrived earlier than stated which was my bonus. I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.

Finding key blanks for a classic Fiat 500 locally was next to impossible. I'd heard nothing but good things about KeysInThePost.com across various forums so I decided to give it a shot. I sent in a photo of an ignition key and an exterior lock key and within a few weeks, my keys arrived in Canada, and both worked perfectly.
