Great service from Locum Locks. Very helpful and polite locksmith turned up within an hour or so of calling and fixed my lock within minutes. The invoice was very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again, if I am in need of this kind of service. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

Barry showed up within one hour, and sorted our issue in no time. He even put away the rubbish in his bag, small detail that I find thoughtful. Would highly recommend him, he unlocked the door with the broken latch without damaging the door at all, he clearly knows what he is doing!

The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. He didn't give up and we were very pleased with the service. Great communication throughout and a quick response time. Helped us end a horrible and stressful day with a smile for a job well done. After my Mum had a fall , I couldn’t get into her house. It was a Saturday and he was out with his daughter, but came quickly and got me in. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

I lost my only car key to my Ford fiesta. I rang PRO AUTO LOCKSMITH 🚘 They were very professional from the moment that they answered the phone. My rental house estate agent sent John to fix back door key misalignment after the door had been shaved down due to wood expansion. He also fixed a sticky door handle in the lounge for me whilst he was there. He did such a great job that when I moved house I asked the estate agent for the locksmith details and just got John back to help me change some other locks. He was on time, quick and knowledgeable. You can pay by card. Brilliant and glad I found them.

Really nice fellow. Very politely. Lost keys and had reached out to him to get in. But sadly couldn't as landlord had gone ahead to sort the issue out. I used Scott @pick of the bunch locksmiths to do a safety inspection on all of the locks in my home to see if they were British standard and were acceptable for my home insurance. Many were found to be of poor quality. Scott changed them and brought everything up to medren standards. He was polite, efficient and reasonably priced. My bathroom window would not close which meant we could not leave the house until it was resolved. I contacted Scott and he immediately knew what the problem was. Finding key blanks for a classic Fiat 500 locally was next to impossible. I'd heard nothing but good things about KeysInThePost.com across various forums so I decided to give it a shot. I sent in a photo of an ignition key and an exterior lock key and within a few weeks, my keys arrived in Canada, and both worked perfectly. I was extremely impressed and am looking forward to using their services again in the future.

After trying all the key cutting shops in my area, who couldn't cut a spare key for my motorbike I was left with no choice but to either pay the crazy prices that the manufacturer would charge or try this company. I was a bit weary of ordering a key online to be cut by me sending in a photo of the original key, but I can confirm it has arrived and most importantly it fits and works and looks no different to my original key with the manufacturer logo. Brilliant service provided.
