Steve was great, managed to get to us in just a few hours to change several locks on the doors of our new house. He was very professional and friendly, explained everything that needed to be done and had new shiny locks in before we knew it!

Stephen was very helpful and does not over charge. Superb service and gave us a nice quote and did the job right then and there. Truly recommendable.

Although the job was not urgent, he was able to get to us within a couple of hours and he arrived at the time he gave on the phone. He quickly found the issue and gave us advice on how best to repair it given that it will be replaced in a few months.

I contacted Ricky on Sunday and he was able to fit a new barrel lock to our front door the following Monday afternoon. Clearly a case of paying for experience as the job was done in no time with extra keys cut before he arrived and at less than the cost of a shop like Timpsons. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

Like most i was just looking on google for a well known company to do a proper job. After dealing with Mick its a bit more trouble than its worth. Mick was great, easy to deal with, very receptive through message and phone calls and offered solid advice. Ended up fitting three locks to my van and no problems at all. I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I called fair trade locks when we had a problem locking our front door and a couple of misted double glazed units, chris came and fixed the door and measured up for a replacement unit which he returned and fitted the following week, done exactly what he said for the price quoted, excellent work, would recommend

We had a problem with our main door lock. Sonny asked for video and pictures of the lock issue to give us exact cost. He was also available to fix it quickly as well. Once he was here he fixed few other small work at no extra cost that was a kind of him. I would highly recommend his service.

Can't fault Brian and Taurus Locks. Very clear on potential cost of job before arriving, carried out work unlocking a jammed door very efficiently. Even helped with another lock replacement and for a very fair price. If only all tradesman were as trust worthy. Highly reccomend.

I called Brian about a UPVC back door lock that had stopped working and wouldn't lock. Brian fitted me in, in-between other jobs, arrived within the hour and had the job done and completed with the door fitted with a new locking system within 15 minutes ! What a great Guy. I had a problem with a conservatory glazing and a gutter between it and the house.
