Excellent service. Sent a message explaining the issue and received a call 15 mins later organising a time to come over that afternoon. Two hours later, new lock replaced and fitted! Amazing! Would highly recommend! Thank you

I got the company from a google search and I’m very glad I selected Lockforce Locksmith. John was both friendly and very professional. He went above and beyond to find a solution to fix the non-standard lock on my bi-fold doors. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.

John is incredible! Not only is he such a fantastic, warm, kind, and interesting person, but he's also brilliant at his job. Nothing was a problem! He managed to put an additional lock on our very old and slightly wonky door (charming Victorian but tricky to align). As we had just moved into the property, he also managed to align some other doors and door handles and helped with window locks (some were locked without keys, others were misaligned). John has completely sorted us out, and now we can use all the doors and windows in our new home. Thank you, John, we really appreciate you and your work!

Brilliant service. Had a broken key in a UPVC back door. Ricky arrived later that day at the agreed time (after first reconfirming 30 minutes earlier). Replaced the lock quickly and efficiently after discussing lock options available. Top service by a helpful, likeable tradesperson. Fair price for an emergency job. Highly recommend. For reference I live near Paddock Wood, Kent.
