So pleased with the excellent experience with Lock Ranger. A lock had broken leaving an external door open. Richard came out within a few hours and was also great with communications saying when he expected to be here and then updating near the time. He was very competent and professional as well as very pleasant to deal with. Unreservedly recommended.

After my Mum had a fall , I couldn’t get into her house. It was a Saturday and he was out with his daughter, but came quickly and got me in. The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. After trying all the key cutting shops in my area, who couldn't cut a spare key for my motorbike I was left with no choice but to either pay the crazy prices that the manufacturer would charge or try this company. I was a bit weary of ordering a key online to be cut by me sending in a photo of the original key, but I can confirm it has arrived and most importantly it fits and works and looks no different to my original key with the manufacturer logo. Brilliant service provided.
