Lovely fast service and a pleasure to deal with, John went over and above to source and replace two locks for me and before he left he quickly fixed a door handle for me that was hanging off precariously. I would highly recommend.

Really nice fellow. Very politely. Lost keys and had reached out to him to get in. But sadly couldn't as landlord had gone ahead to sort the issue out. John was very kind enough not to charge me for coming out and really couldn't get him petrol money as no cash was with me at the time... Would recommend him anytime.

John was so kind & helpful. He came out as a non urgent call-out to open my garage door. It was really tricky, requiring lots of different tricks to get it unlocked (linked to an electrical motor / fob / zapper). He was patient, friendly, professional & kept me updated throughout. Can’t recommend John enough. He arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call when my key snapped in half in the lock and was so quick and efficient I didn’t even have time to boil the kettle to make him a cup of tea! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you John!

The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. He didn't give up and we were very pleased with the service. Great communication throughout and a quick response time. Helped us end a horrible and stressful day with a smile for a job well done. Definitely recommended

Barry showed up within one hour, and sorted our issue in no time. He even put away the rubbish in his bag, small detail that I find thoughtful. Would highly recommend him, he unlocked the door with the broken latch without damaging the door at all, he clearly knows what he is doing!

After my Mum had a fall , I couldn’t get into her house. It was a Saturday and he was out with his daughter, but came quickly and got me in. Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. Replaced everything, left the place neat and tidy and the price was sensible and seemed reasonable for the time taken and parts needed. Much appreciated.

I cannot recommend Gareth and Locum Locks highly enough. I recently bought an antique roll top desk. The seller neglected to point out that it self-locks when the lid is pulled down. I had put the keys in an internal drawer for safekeeping but then found myself unable to get back in when the top had been pulled down. Gareth arrived bang on time, assessed what would not work and quickly worked out what might. Long story short, he created another key - so I now have a spare, and the desk is open and I can finally work at it! Thank you, Gareth!

So pleased with the excellent experience with Lock Ranger. A lock had broken leaving an external door open. Richard came out within a few hours and was also great with communications saying when he expected to be here and then updating near the time. After trying all the key cutting shops in my area, who couldn't cut a spare key for my motorbike I was left with no choice but to either pay the crazy prices that the manufacturer would charge or try this company. I was a bit weary of ordering a key online to be cut by me sending in a photo of the original key, but I can confirm it has arrived and most importantly it fits and works and looks no different to my original key with the manufacturer logo. Brilliant service provided.

Finding key blanks for a classic Fiat 500 locally was next to impossible. I'd heard nothing but good things about KeysInThePost.com across various forums so I decided to give it a shot. I sent in a photo of an ignition key and an exterior lock key and within a few weeks, my keys arrived in Canada, and both worked perfectly.
