Our boiler stopped working this morning, on the coldest day so far. Mark from Pure Plumbers came out within two hours of my call to the company and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Woke up to no hot water and very low pressured cold water. New born baby so quite the panic. Pure Plumbers attended within the hour on a Saturday morning and worked all day to identify and fix the issues with our plumbing throughout the house. As usual I had left our landlord gas safety certificate until the final week before trying to get it sorted but it was no problem for Andrew. He attended the following day and efficiently did the checks and serviced the boiler, even going above and beyond by replacing a missing battery in the smoke alarm. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending his service.

Sevenoaks Gas has been servicing and maintaining my LPG Worcester Bosch boiler for around 4 years now. Super reliable, easy to contact and fair pricing. One time they even saved me the cost of a call out when I thought my boiler was broken but it was in fact fine (the reserve gas cylinders weren't switched on - oops!). Andrew is a real gent and it's reassuring to have someone I can trust in my contacts list. Thanks so much for the great service. Sorry I only just got round to writing a review!

We have been using Andrew's services for a number of years now for servicing and maintaining an old boiler. When it finally packed up Andrew and Marcus came to the rescue immediately and installed the boiler within two days. Great job, thank you Andrew and Marcus. Five star service ( again).

Water pressure out of kitchen mains tap went right down. Andrew came very quickly, cleaned some limescale out, and got it back up to full flow. It was fine for a few days and then one morning suddenly a trickle. Andrew's colleague Marcus came that day and dismantled the tap fully, which was difficult because the tap is old and the whole thing was furred up. Marcus persevered and was able to fit a new valve. This has given it a new lease of life. Andrew and Marcus answered questions about various things, all very helpful. Thank you, Andrew and Marcus for your great work!

We’ve used Tom 3 times for 3 rooms and 4 radiator installations. He’s always quick to respond, clean and tidy, and does a great job. Solid fittings, and reorganising the pipes under the floorboards for a better fit.

If you are looking for a cheerful, helpful and 'nothing too much trouble' service (usually a 'rare' thing!) then I 100% recommend Tom at TJD Plumbing, Heating & Gas Ltd. I needed a specialised immersion serviced/checked over quickly and somehow in his busy schedule he fitted me in, was prompt, clean and tidy and took the time to check and do a little repair on my shower too. I highly recommend Tom, nice friendly guy too.

Tom did an absolutely brilliant job switching us over from an old gravity fed system to a new combi boiler. We were without water for very little time.and the hot water was back on incredibly quickly too. Great value and job turned around in two days and left really tidy as well. Tom recently serviced my boiler and replaced a seal. Prior to the appointment he took the time to explain the service, and what the noise I could hear would be likely to be. On the day, Tom let me know he could pop round earlier, which was great as it was chilly. He was super friendly and has followed up since to check whether the noise had returned. From start to finish he was excellent and I'd really recommend him.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.
