Fast response to fix a problem with our megaflo - work carried out quickly which thankfully got our hot water back up and running. Friendly service at a fair price.

Paul and the team are great. Over the last 4 years they've fitted me a whole new radiator system, new boiler, new pipe work and return to service it every year. They've just upgraded me to hive and everything works perfectly. Great service, friendly chaps and very helpful. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Totally professional and finished a complex job on time and successfully. This was a job that every other plumber had turned down because of its complexity. Paul and Sam have a lot of experience and were prepared to take it on. They worked non stop for a week and barely took a break. When they hit a snag three days in, they involved me in the discussion, came up with alternatives to the original plan and nailed the solution with no drama. The job entailed lifting most floorboards and carpets in the house. When they were finished I couldn’t tell they had been in the house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them every time above anyone else. Fantastic!

Sam and Paul did a full heating re-plumb of our 1960s 3 bed semi recently, also reconnecting an old boiler to tide us over through winter and re-plumbing some hot and cold pipes that were pretty rickety. We're really pleased with the work, everything's been working as expected with no issues. Sam and Paul were very attentive to details when re-laying the pipes, explained all the work and helped us pick out the right new radiators. They even pointed out some adjoining safety issues with the electrical rewire done previously by another contractor and helped sort this out by moving the pipework slightly. The work was finished on time, work areas left tidy and the costs on work and materials were clear and transparent. Overall we'd be really happy to work with Sam and Paul again.

What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! I called Beaumont Plumbing Solutions in the morning and within an hour he called back with the good news one of his team would be there in 30 minutes. Ethan turned and was extremely polite and after reviewing the shower tray, which was a problem for many plumbers, he went straight to work and the blockage within 30 minutes cleaning the area as he was leaving. Such a service is hard find and I will be using them for my plumbing works.

This must be the millionth time Ethan came to the rescue. The first time was a year ago after we had another plumber damage our home. Ethan and his team corrected all the leaks and damage. The most recent time, my hot water was not coming out. Arrived on the same day, as they said. As always clean, wear foot protectors so respect the clients home. Kitchen tap was badly leaking, found Adams number on google search typed in local plumber he was at my house in 30 minutes and job was done ASAP. He Saved the day as water everywhere. Very professional and would recommend to friends.

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. Called on a Saturday afternoon as had a leak coming through the garage, Mark came around within half a hour and sorted it. He was really helpful and full of knowledge and advise. He also looked at the bathroom and gave really good advise on a new suite that we want. Definitely recommend 👍👍

Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Fantastic, responsive communication and prompt action when I had no hot water for three days! Jordan came round at a time to accommodate my working day, identified the issue and was able to replace the faulty part there and then. Excellent service, honest and trustworthy and good value too. We called JPS out due to the boiler having stopped working - because of all the heavy rain. Jordan came out quickly to assess the situation, he was prompt to diagnose and set about ordering the necessary parts. Once the parts were in, he ensured he came back to resolve the issues. We really appreciated him working late, doing all the gas safety checks and issuing a safety certificate.

A real problem totally resolved. Jordan responded to our urgent request, arrived on time, assessed the problem and set about a resolution. It became a greater challenge as the job progressed but Jordan remained focused on resolving the issue for us. He was totally professional, stayed until the job was completed to our full satisfaction. We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating.
