I asked My Heating to replace my old boiler with a combi one. Keith explained the work involved and provided me with a detailed quote that covered everything discussed. I found My Heating easy to get hold of, and was able to book the work in for a time that suited. We were very happy with the work completed, no issues at all. Keith did a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. A great service.

Would definitely recommend Keith. Came out the next morning to help! We needed a shock arrestor fitted for the boiler. Very honest and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to to take advantage like some of the numbers I rang on check a trade who wanted nearly double for the work! Very professional, explained what he was doing and very tidy. After a slight misunderstanding of us not confirming the first appointment Keith arrived promptly the following day having confirmed he was on his way. He was polite and helpful and carried out the boiler service thoroughly and efficiently. Lovely guy came out to change my tap in my shower room in my mobile home. Literally spoke to him about it after another plumber had let me down, he was here in an hour! **⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I had a boiler service booked but was let downg let down by Swale Heating at the last minute, but CAS Plumbing Ltd came to the rescue the same day I called! Chris did an excellent job—he was not only efficient and professional but also took the time to explain the whole process as he completed all the checks. He had the boiler up and running quickly, and his friendly, clear communication gave me complete confidence in the work. Had Kev renew a mixure tap and a shower screen retainer/support . Really pleased with the results. Initially he popped round and looked at what needed to be done and explained what he needed to do. He gave a price which we agreed to and a date for the work was set. Will definitely use again.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Really good service, John is efficient and friendly with excellent subject knowledge and happy to explain all the options available. We have had a new boiler fitted with pipe work as well as a water softening system. John is reliable, arranging times and dates to suit and is happy to undertake both large plumbing jobs such as new boilers and also smaller jobs like replacing broken sink wastes. I contacted Jon after previously using his services with a washing machine waste pipe blockage. I didn't expect things to go the way they did so I'll explain! I sent over photos of my setup and asked for a quote, however, Jon assured me I could make the repair myself with a few parts he linked me to, he sent me several voice messages with instructions and tips so, I got the parts ordered and with my newfound confidence, tackled the job in hand. Despite my reservations, the job went exactly as it should have and, it works! Jon is as honest as they come, he could've taken my money as I'm sure many would have, instead, he empowered me and has as a result won a customer for all future gas or plumbing jobs plus future recommendations. Thank you Jon and Tim for fitting us in so quickly after being let down by so many others. The old owners had absolutely bodged plumbing in the house and covered it up, leaving us with a huge damp problem that has stopped us being able to use quite a large part of our home. Everything was explained to me and I was shown the issues so I felt confident that it would be fixed. Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.

We had a wonderful experience with Stewart at the Kent plumber. Stewart is a knowledgeable & professional multi trader who completely redesigned three rooms in my house, being, my en suit bathroom, main house bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. This included taking all three rooms back to bare brick and starting again. From start to finish we felt that he really understood what we wanted in our designs, he was helpful and full of tips and suggestions, for example, I had never thought about having a bath with no taps! and nothing was too much trouble. All major work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. He is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced.
