I have used Chris (and lovely Clare) at least 3 times now and already know that I’ll be using them again later this year. He has repaired various leaks and installed and sourced taps. Chris is always polite, courteous, honest and very tidy. Prices are always extremely competitive. Wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Had a boiler fitted a few months back and it's been running perfectly since. The crew who fitted the boiler were efficient, friendly and respectful. Top notch job and easily recommended for future jobs. 👍

I have just had a new bathroom installed which looks fantastic and totally transformed. Chris and Glenn did a great job – very friendly, professional and great workmanship throughout the week. Regular updated me on progress at lunchtime and the end of the day which was appreciated. Made a point of checking if I had any questions and we checked that everything was working. Delighted with the result and really pleased that I chose Gaff Plumbing and Heating to do the work – would definitely recommend them to other people.

My boiler stopped working between Xmas and New Years (typically), so I called Gaff Plumbing and Heating as they were local to me and had excellent reviews. Chris came round the same day and diagnosed the issue (a faulty pump), he then sourced the replacement parts and installed the pump a couple of days later (coming round on New-Years-Eve morning). I was made aware by Chris (on the initial call out) that the PCB may also need replacing. Having sourced a replacement PCB as well as pump, Chris found that the PCB wasn't needed (they could have easily told me it was) so I was really impressed with their honesty, integrity and the service all round. Gaff will be my go to for any future heating/plumbing issues. 5 star service all round.

Great service. Have used Georgie before for plumbing in appliances and sink issue. Had issue with leaking and whistling cistern and contacted him via WhatsApp. Very quick to respond and was able to diagnose and fix within 24 hours. Explained what issue was and fix required in comprehensive terms and was efficient and tidy. Will definitely be using his services again if needed!

Was looking for a local plumber to replace a dripping kitchen mixer tap. Found Georgie, so glad I did, gave him a call & he fitted me in that afternoon, gave me a reasonable quote. Very professional, tidy, friendly, can't recommend highly enough.

Contacted Steve about a few issues I was having that needed looking at and replacing (bathroom taps, external waste pipe, etc). He came over promptly, accessed the issues and gave me a date when they'll be over to fix them. On the day they were quick and efficient, fixed or replaced everything to a high standard. Have used Romaine's services twice, first to identify an issue with our boiler earlier this year, he managed to identify the issue with ease in less than an hour and recommend we sort it under our existing warranty, and talked it through with me and answered my many questions, second time around he fitted a new radiator for me as our old rad nipple valve snapped off. Both times he's been professional, friendly and knowledgeable whilst being reasonably priced. He is trustworthy, reliable and a problem solver, it's great to find a reliable and personable plumber. Allen&Co did such a brilliant job installing my boiler. They were prompt and efficient and didn't make any mess. I was very impressed with their politeness and care when explaining how to use the boiler and thermostat. Absolute legend of a plumber. Contacted at 16:00 for an emergency call out for a leaky pipe, wrapped up his job and was over in the hour to fix. Disappointed that he doesn’t cover the West End as it’s difficult to find trades as good as him. Have told him to start charging more, he deserves more money for the excellent work he does. Romaine fitted new radiators in both our bedroom and sitting room. He advised on suitability and heat level before we bought them. Romaine reorganised the pipework needed in the two rooms and fitted the radiators. His work was clean and neat and his communication prior and during the work was excellent. Furthermore, the radiators look great! We would highly recommend Allen and Co. Edit - a few weeks ago we lost hot water, Romaine advised us over the phone and quickly solved the issue - no charge - mark of a decent tradesman, not charging for simple fixes.

I want to thank Adam for being so brilliant and saving us and our neighbours from a most disastrous ‘sewer pipe’ blockage incident. We all realised our houses and gardens were scarily close to being flooded with **** due to a massive, historical build up. Adam came to our rescue immediately and worked tirelessly, patiently and very skilfully to clear the blockage and save the day. Booked AJD plumbing to install TRVs and a new kitchen tap. Unfortunately before the appointment one of our old radiator valves started leaking so I requested pulling the appointment forward and Adam fitted us in within 36 hours which I really appreciated. Darren carried out the work. He did a great job, was efficient, tidy and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Adam and Darren from AJD recently gave really excellent service recently. Family emergency meant I needed to replace a bath/shower with a walk in shower with seat. The work was carried out extremely promptly and efficiently. The finished product was outstanding. I was very pleased with the work from HeatFix Emergency Plumber did at my house! He replaced my old electrical water heater tank with a new high efficiency gas operated unit. He and his assistant were on time, professional, very diligent in keeping the place clean, very clear in his explanation on how the job was going to be done. Also, he was very patient and answered all my questions. HeatFix Emergency Plumber team were also very respectful and mindful of anti-COVID procedures and always kept their mask on during their visit and kept safe distance when communicating with me. I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!

24hr plumber kent fitted us a new hot water tank and repaired the leaking pipes they found whilst isolating the mains water supply to my house the guy is a very knowable man with 20 years experience I would recommend him to family and friends, really easily and can honestly say his price was far better than the other quote s we was able to obtain overall 10/10 👍🏻

plumber came out repaired a burst pipe under the kitchen sink ,replaced a section of pipe and helped clean up all the mess from the leak. he was very polite and helpful and charged us a reasonable price im very happy to recommend this company their services were 10 out of 10 ossan

We had a leak from the cold water pipe under the sink. We called Pink Plumber and Emma arrived punctually fully adhering to COVID protocol.
