We’ve used Tom 3 times for 3 rooms and 4 radiator installations. He’s always quick to respond, clean and tidy, and does a great job. Solid fittings, and reorganising the pipes under the floorboards for a better fit.

Tom did an absolutely brilliant job switching us over from an old gravity fed system to a new combi boiler. We were without water for very little time.and the hot water was back on incredibly quickly too. Great value and job turned around in two days and left really tidy as well. A really friendly guy and a pleasure to do business with. One of those you keep in your contacts! Thanks so much!

Tom recently serviced my boiler and replaced a seal. Prior to the appointment he took the time to explain the service, and what the noise I could hear would be likely to be. On the day, Tom let me know he could pop round earlier, which was great as it was chilly. He was super friendly and has followed up since to check whether the noise had returned. From start to finish he was excellent and I'd really recommend him.

Tom carried out the installation of a new radiator very efficiently and to a high standard. He also resolved an outstanding issue with the hot setting of our shower. We are very pleased to have found Tom and will undoubtedly be using his services again.

They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Joe, who did the installation and made many recommendations, did a really neat job, despite me wanting a radiator in an awkward location! Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. They were polite and professional, the service was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Systematically ruled out potential culprits… found the leak, went out for spare parts, repaired the leak, tidied the area and left good as before… would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and such a nice guy !
