Called Oz as my central heating was not working. He made availability for the same day to help me. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!

Cannot recommend Oz and the Protherm team highly enough. Although we weren’t customers he arrived within the hour when we arrived home from holiday had an emergency with our boiler. He worked efficiently and we were soon up and running. Well done and thank you!

Yesterday, we noticed our bathroom sink has clogged. We immediately called Sevenoaks Plumbing & Water Heaters if they could repair the issue. The plumber did quite well in repairing it back. Two thumbs up!

Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

Nick is the sort of tradesman we all hope for - speedy, efficient and fairly priced. He is willing to go that extra mile to sort out tricky problems and is knowledgeable courteous and tidy. He came to look at a faulty shower and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary replacement parts. This is the second time I have used him and he is utterly trustworthy. I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous. I have used many plumbers in the area before who take you for a ride, Josh is not that guy, his number is 100% saved going forward and would encourage others to use him!

Have used twice now over two years, once for a plumbing issue a couple years ago and second for heating issue today. Fantastic service and price both times. Highly recommend! I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues.
