Josh was super responsive - we had quite a fast flowing leak in our kitchen and within 30 minutes of calling he was round at our house and fixed the leak really quickly! What a fantastic service - highly recommend. Thank you so much Josh.

I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous. I have used many plumbers in the area before who take you for a ride, Josh is not that guy, his number is 100% saved going forward and would encourage others to use him!

Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. He was tidy, polite and explained everything clearly along the way. Very reasonable charges with no surprises or hidden costs. We will be using him again.

The team at Berkeley Heating provided an absolutely fantastic service when changing our boiler this month. They were not only thoroughly professional, but extremely knowledgeable on heating systems (gas and/or heat pumps), very competitively priced and very friendly too.

Woke up to no hot water and very low pressured cold water. New born baby so quite the panic. I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Joe, who did the installation and made many recommendations, did a really neat job, despite me wanting a radiator in an awkward location! The finished job looks great, I hope it provides many years of good service.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. They were polite and professional, the service was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

Contacted Nick of Right Flow via email and received a call the same day, and my request to change my old bathroom taps for those I had purchased was booked within the week, and the job has been completed today! Nick arrived promptly, fitted the taps quickly, and we discussed a missing overflow pipe problem and a further booking made for next week to resolve that. Very impressed with Nick's knowledge, speed and quality of work, and would highly recommend!

Fantastic thank you! Nick came out to find a potential leak in bathroom after wet ceiling in kitchen below. Systematically ruled out potential culprits… found the leak, went out for spare parts, repaired the leak, tidied the area and left good as before… would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and such a nice guy !
