We’ve used Tom 3 times for 3 rooms and 4 radiator installations. He’s always quick to respond, clean and tidy, and does a great job. Solid fittings, and reorganising the pipes under the floorboards for a better fit.

Tom carried out the installation of a new radiator very efficiently and to a high standard. He also resolved an outstanding issue with the hot setting of our shower. We are very pleased to have found Tom and will undoubtedly be using his services again.

Tom recently serviced my boiler and replaced a seal. Prior to the appointment he took the time to explain the service, and what the noise I could hear would be likely to be. On the day, Tom let me know he could pop round earlier, which was great as it was chilly. He was super friendly and has followed up since to check whether the noise had returned. From start to finish he was excellent and I'd really recommend him.

Tom did an absolutely brilliant job switching us over from an old gravity fed system to a new combi boiler. We were without water for very little time.and the hot water was back on incredibly quickly too. Great value and job turned around in two days and left really tidy as well. I've received great service compared to all the negative ones here. Customer services was really helpful. The engineer that attended today was lovely. So polite, efficient and clearly knowledgeable in the field. No awkwardness, as even managed to chat! Oh and one of the first contractors sent by my landlord that was tidy! Like no mess made whatsoever. PS: The reason for the visit was a soil stack issue. Smell has left the property minutes after he changed it.

In desperation I contacted RJL in March because my boiler had broken down and tradesmen in my area couldn’t come out for a week. Even though a little out of my area they came out, recommended a new boiler, came back and fitted it along with 2 new radiators and all for a price that undercut a local company by £300. Very impressed and I highly recommend
