Nick has done a few jobs for us recently, including draining the system, fitting a new valve and checking pump and boiler. Have used twice now over two years, once for a plumbing issue a couple years ago and second for heating issue today. Fantastic service and price both times. Highly recommend! I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous. Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. He was tidy, polite and explained everything clearly along the way. Very reasonable charges with no surprises or hidden costs. We will be using him again.

Kitchen tap was badly leaking, found Adams number on google search typed in local plumber he was at my house in 30 minutes and job was done ASAP. He Saved the day as water everywhere. Very professional and would recommend to friends.

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. Darren was polite, thorough and did a fantastic job overall. I would like to especially praise the whole set up of SDP Plumbing. From start to finish the process has been easy and highly efficient. Absolutely top notch customer service. From being able to message on WhatsApp and the speed of response, to ease of payment and just general excellent communication. Will certainly be using again.

After nearly thirty years of my central heating “just being not quite right” my boiler started to make horrible noises and cutting out as overheating. Looking at the good reviews SDP had, I called them in and Darren gave the boiler the once over and concluded it was in good nick so he took a look at the 3-way valve and pump. I couldn’t believe it when he said within moments that the pump was pushing the water the wrong way around the system. It looks likely that has always been the case in my 56-year old house but has been missed by two experienced plumbers who revamped my system in 1998 and again in 2014 when we had a new boiler. I’ve always had to bleed the system multiple times in the year and on colder times the boiler struggled to get the heat where we needed it. Darren told me these are symptoms of the wrong water flow where my vent pipe is actually sucking air into the system. Already my system has improved; the boiler sounds better and is working as it should, no air in the system and we’ve already taken the thermostat down 3 degrees as everything is warming as it should. Darren was in and out within the hour, is a thoroughly nice decent bloke and clearly just knows his stuff. Its like when you find a good trustworthy mechanic for your car, you hang onto them. I’d definitely return to Darren and SDP in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends and relatives. If I could give more than five stars…. I would!

Contacted SDP plumbing for fitment of a new boiler as they had always done good work for the firm that I work for in the past. They came out in less than a week removed the old boiler and fitted a new one. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m extremely pleased with the service and price.I would definitely use them again as my first choice for any plumbing that I need.

The service I received was exceptional. I asked SDP to come as I thought I had one issue with my heating, but they quickly and expertly diagnosed that this was a symptom not a cause. Then they spent time and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was in full working order. Without their expertise and willingness to get the job done, I would not have been able to ensure my Christmas guests were warm and had plenty of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Paul and Sam worked out the problem with our heating system. Replaced clogged up pipes and upgraded radiators. Worked neat and tidy. We now have a warm house after 17 years. 🥵

Totally professional and finished a complex job on time and successfully. This was a job that every other plumber had turned down because of its complexity. Paul and Sam have a lot of experience and were prepared to take it on. They worked non stop for a week and barely took a break. When they hit a snag three days in, they involved me in the discussion, came up with alternatives to the original plan and nailed the solution with no drama. The job entailed lifting most floorboards and carpets in the house. When they were finished I couldn’t tell they had been in the house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them every time above anyone else. Fantastic!

Paul and the team are great. Over the last 4 years they've fitted me a whole new radiator system, new boiler, new pipe work and return to service it every year. They've just upgraded me to hive and everything works perfectly. Great service, friendly chaps and very helpful. Wouldn't use anyone else!
