I used Callow's for a minor issue unrelated to the boiler. They were notified on Friday 6 December, and they repaired the issue on Monday 9 December.

Sam and Paul did a full heating re-plumb of our 1960s 3 bed semi recently, also reconnecting an old boiler to tide us over through winter and re-plumbing some hot and cold pipes that were pretty rickety. We're really pleased with the work, everything's been working as expected with no issues. Sam and Paul were very attentive to details when re-laying the pipes, explained all the work and helped us pick out the right new radiators. They even pointed out some adjoining safety issues with the electrical rewire done previously by another contractor and helped sort this out by moving the pipework slightly. The work was finished on time, work areas left tidy and the costs on work and materials were clear and transparent. Overall we'd be really happy to work with Sam and Paul again.

Paul and Sam worked out the problem with our heating system. Replaced clogged up pipes and upgraded radiators. Worked neat and tidy. We now have a warm house after 17 years. 🥵

Paul and the team are great. Over the last 4 years they've fitted me a whole new radiator system, new boiler, new pipe work and return to service it every year. Leyton’s work is meticulous, professional and was conducted with great Covid awareness and security. We had no hesitation in choosing Leyton to replace our old boiler with a new Vaillant Ecofit pure. We took three quotations from national and local suppliers. Leyton’s visit to assess and explain the process and suggest choices of boiler was thorough, open and without pressure. His quotation was extremely well priced against other competitors. The installation was completed efficiently within the one day as predicted. Kent Coast Heating recently installed a combi boiler in my loft, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Brilliant plumbing company!! rate them 100% Requested some help from Dan for some leaks and general plumbing works that had been accumulating and he was immediately responsive, provided excellent communications throughout and had the time and patience to diagnose the source of a couple of complex leaks in an older barn type property (ensuite & old copper pipes in tricky spot!). Took on a job that others would turn down. Service like this is a rarity these days! Once works agreed Dan assigned a couple of his team and completed the works fast, efficient, friendly and cleared up after.... Dan has great rapport and considerate to his team which is evident in the quality service they provide. Would have no hesitancy using them again for any job, large or small.

Kitchen tap was badly leaking, found Adams number on google search typed in local plumber he was at my house in 30 minutes and job was done ASAP. He Saved the day as water everywhere. Very professional and would recommend to friends.

Adam installed a new shower and fixed a few other plumbing issues for my elderly mum. He was on time, very professional and friendly. Excellent service, would recommend and we'll use him again for any further plumbing jobs.

Adam has just installed a new radiator for us plus dealt with a leaking joint we had plus a further small one he detected whilst here. He previously installed and regularly services our boiler plus completely refurbished our bathroom. Always does an excellent job and leaves it all clean & tidy. Highly recommend. We now only let Adam carry out any work required to our plumbing & heating system.

So pleased that we have found a reliable plumber after moving to Herne, Adam came out a few months ago when we had a problem with the boiler, he then came back and gave the boiler a thorough service at a very reasonable price, today he came to isolate our gas hob ready for it to be replaced by an electric one. After coming home from a holiday to a fault code on my boiler, I'm so pleased I found Wilsons to save us! They were round less than half an hour after my call on a Saturday evening to take a look at it, and then first thing again on Monday to look at it again. By Tuesday morning they'd secured my replacement parts, got it sorted that day, and then when there was a loose wire that stopped the water working the following day they were straight back around to get it sorted once again. I'll be sure to use Wilsons for anything plumbing-related moving forward, and I'll be sure to take advantage of their renewables services should I ever need them! Would 100% recommend 🤩

Very pleased with the outcome. Wilsons met every promise they made, and the engineers worked professionally, showing respect for our home. Everything was left shipshape! Shower hot water heater replaced and the old shower door stripped out and replaced with a new assembly - couldn't be happier!

Appointment availability was great, the work we wanted carried out was not at all urgent but we didn't wait long for Mr Parry to fit us in. Professional and friendly service and expert advice as to what we needed and a new thermostat supplied for us. We will be using Ed Parry again for ongoing work.
