Paul and Sam worked out the problem with our heating system. Replaced clogged up pipes and upgraded radiators. Worked neat and tidy. We now have a warm house after 17 years. 🥵

Totally professional and finished a complex job on time and successfully. This was a job that every other plumber had turned down because of its complexity. Paul and Sam have a lot of experience and were prepared to take it on. They worked non stop for a week and barely took a break. When they hit a snag three days in, they involved me in the discussion, came up with alternatives to the original plan and nailed the solution with no drama. The job entailed lifting most floorboards and carpets in the house. When they were finished I couldn’t tell they had been in the house. I can’t recommend these guys enough and will use them every time above anyone else. Fantastic!

Paul and the team are great. Over the last 4 years they've fitted me a whole new radiator system, new boiler, new pipe work and return to service it every year. They've just upgraded me to hive and everything works perfectly. Great service, friendly chaps and very helpful. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Very pleased with the outcome. Wilsons met every promise they made, and the engineers worked professionally, showing respect for our home. Everything was left shipshape! Shower hot water heater replaced and the old shower door stripped out and replaced with a new assembly - couldn't be happier!

Recently moved into a property which had an oil boiler installed by Wilson’s. All new to me so had a few user issues and a fault in the wiring due to animal damage. Wilson’s have been absolutely fabulous, the staff not only sorted the problems but took time to explain the system to me so I can manage the system properly in the future. Really excellent service. After coming home from a holiday to a fault code on my boiler, I'm so pleased I found Wilsons to save us! They were round less than half an hour after my call on a Saturday evening to take a look at it, and then first thing again on Monday to look at it again. By Tuesday morning they'd secured my replacement parts, got it sorted that day, and then when there was a loose wire that stopped the water working the following day they were straight back around to get it sorted once again. I'll be sure to use Wilsons for anything plumbing-related moving forward, and I'll be sure to take advantage of their renewables services should I ever need them! Would 100% recommend 🤩

Aardvark were fantastic Used twice 1- Fitted an En Suite, needed to come twice and very reliable both times, very pleased 2- Came to fix heating, fast response, again very reliable , fixed the problem, then went on to fix radiator issues. Award heating and plumbing have been looking after our heating service for some time and have always been friendly and professional. Approximately one year ago they installed a new system which has proved to be efficient and cost saving as shown by our gas bills! We are signed up for their service deal and this is carried out by them at times convenient to us and with no prompting from us.

Highly recommended. After receiving a call from my elderly mother that there was a bad smell in the house and loo not flushing very well I rang Ron at Whitstable Plumbing. Ron has done quite a few jobs for mum over the years and has never let her down. On this occasion he duly arrived a few hours later, and got to work examining the drains for blockages. Once unblocked and system flushed all was back to normal. This was not a huge job, but Ron true to his word diverted from another job to resolve what would have become a difficult situation. There was no ‘call out’ fee, just honest time spent charge. I cannot recommend Ron highly enough.

I cannot recommend this plumber highly enough, no fuss, no mess and very reasonably priced, plus outstanding service and workmanship He gave me excellent advice, coupled with real value for money. I had a complete refit of my plumbing and central heating, including a new combi boiler. The work was carried out in a fast, professional manner and was completed without worry or difficulty. Gave me what I wanted, rather than what was easiest for him. Mr Webster had a great sense of humour and managed to explain in simple terms the technical bumph.

I don't normally write reviews but I was impressed with service received from Whitstable plumbing and wanted to write something. Our boiler broke down on a really cold day and I called Whitstable plumbing at 9.30am and even though he was busy he came around same day and got it working. A secondary more serious problem arose the following day, Saturday, and he came back with a colleague at lunch time and stayed until the problem was properly solved. We were well pleased with the service. pros: A local plumber, competent, trustworthy and really easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and explained things in a simple straight forward way. His prices are very competitive. Cons: I didn't notice any. I would use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
