Absolute legend of a plumber. Contacted at 16:00 for an emergency call out for a leaky pipe, wrapped up his job and was over in the hour to fix. Disappointed that he doesn’t cover the West End as it’s difficult to find trades as good as him. Have told him to start charging more, he deserves more money for the excellent work he does. Well done Romaine!

Outstanding service from start to finish. I contacted Mr Allen and sent a short video to explain issue, got a quote. Luckily he was able to do the job within a couple of days. Very professional, explained the issue, what he had done, and left the place clean and tidy. Very happy to have found a competent & reliable plumber who charges fair prices.

Romaine fitted new radiators in both our bedroom and sitting room. He advised on suitability and heat level before we bought them. Romaine reorganised the pipework needed in the two rooms and fitted the radiators. His work was clean and neat and his communication prior and during the work was excellent. Furthermore, the radiators look great! We would highly recommend Allen and Co. Edit - a few weeks ago we lost hot water, Romaine advised us over the phone and quickly solved the issue - no charge - mark of a decent tradesman, not charging for simple fixes.

Have used Romaine's services twice, first to identify an issue with our boiler earlier this year, he managed to identify the issue with ease in less than an hour and recommend we sort it under our existing warranty, and talked it through with me and answered my many questions, second time around he fitted a new radiator for me as our old rad nipple valve snapped off. Both times he's been professional, friendly and knowledgeable whilst being reasonably priced. He is trustworthy, reliable and a problem solver, it's great to find a reliable and personable plumber. Kingfisher heating have come to the rescue on numerous occasions when I have had issues with my boiler, heating system and radiators. They are very knowledgeable in being able to diagnose the issue quickly and cost effectively and their response time to a call out is excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

Been using Kingfisher for years, so trustworthy, reasonably priced and Always a first class service. Only last week I phoned with a problem with a heating system,they came the same day, diagnosed the problem and even though the new part was in short supply, jack managed to source it and repaired the boiler early the next morning. Highly recommended, I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else

Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. He then came and completed the job over the course of a weekend and allayed any anxieties my mother had. Would thoroughly recommend these guys. Thanks again Perry!

I was very pleased with the work from HeatFix Emergency Plumber did at my house! He replaced my old electrical water heater tank with a new high efficiency gas operated unit. He and his assistant were on time, professional, very diligent in keeping the place clean, very clear in his explanation on how the job was going to be done. Also, he was very patient and answered all my questions. HeatFix Emergency Plumber team were also very respectful and mindful of anti-COVID procedures and always kept their mask on during their visit and kept safe distance when communicating with me. We recently had Priority Plumbing & Heating complete a full heating system installation, including a new boiler, and two bathroom installations. We were extremely impressed with the service. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. Every time I have guests over they always comment on my bathroom and some of the practical choices have come from the team, this is a testament to the years and experience they have within the team.

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Contacted Steve about a few issues I was having that needed looking at and replacing (bathroom taps, external waste pipe, etc). He came over promptly, accessed the issues and gave me a date when they'll be over to fix them. On the day they were quick and efficient, fixed or replaced everything to a high standard. Having never used KJ Plumbing before, I saw a few positive reviews and called Steve out to look at the plumbing in my flat a couple of years ago. After a full boiler install and a few call outs and services, I have to say, Steve is one of the best trades I've worked with. I have just had a new bathroom installed which looks fantastic and totally transformed. Chris and Glenn did a great job – very friendly, professional and great workmanship throughout the week. Regular updated me on progress at lunchtime and the end of the day which was appreciated. Made a point of checking if I had any questions and we checked that everything was working. Delighted with the result and really pleased that I chose Gaff Plumbing and Heating to do the work – would definitely recommend them to other people.

My boiler stopped working between Xmas and New Years (typically), so I called Gaff Plumbing and Heating as they were local to me and had excellent reviews. Chris came round the same day and diagnosed the issue (a faulty pump), he then sourced the replacement parts and installed the pump a couple of days later (coming round on New-Years-Eve morning). I was made aware by Chris (on the initial call out) that the PCB may also need replacing. Having sourced a replacement PCB as well as pump, Chris found that the PCB wasn't needed (they could have easily told me it was) so I was really impressed with their honesty, integrity and the service all round. Gaff will be my go to for any future heating/plumbing issues. 5 star service all round.

We first used Chris for a boiler service and HIVE install, fantastic professional friendly service. Then a month later we had a leaky toilet coming through our ceiling we got in contact and Chris returned to investigate and problem was identified and sorted within the hour. It is really really nice to have a honest friendly reputable business like this in your local area :) will be using again! Highly recommend.
