I was very pleased with the work from HeatFix Emergency Plumber did at my house! He replaced my old electrical water heater tank with a new high efficiency gas operated unit. He and his assistant were on time, professional, very diligent in keeping the place clean, very clear in his explanation on how the job was going to be done. Also, he was very patient and answered all my questions. HeatFix Emergency Plumber team were also very respectful and mindful of anti-COVID procedures and always kept their mask on during their visit and kept safe distance when communicating with me. It was really great to deal with them and overall with this company! I highly recommend HeatFix Emergency Plumber!

Steve installed us a new boiler, came around and gave us great advice before installing it and it’s been great, no problems and Steve give great aftercare as he messaged me the following week to check everything was ok! 👍🏻

Contacted Steve about a few issues I was having that needed looking at and replacing (bathroom taps, external waste pipe, etc). He came over promptly, accessed the issues and gave me a date when they'll be over to fix them. On the day they were quick and efficient, fixed or replaced everything to a high standard. We first used Chris for a boiler service and HIVE install, fantastic professional friendly service. Then a month later we had a leaky toilet coming through our ceiling we got in contact and Chris returned to investigate and problem was identified and sorted within the hour. I have just had a new bathroom installed which looks fantastic and totally transformed. Chris and Glenn did a great job – very friendly, professional and great workmanship throughout the week. Regular updated me on progress at lunchtime and the end of the day which was appreciated. Made a point of checking if I had any questions and we checked that everything was working. Delighted with the result and really pleased that I chose Gaff Plumbing and Heating to do the work – would definitely recommend them to other people.

I have used Chris (and lovely Clare) at least 3 times now and already know that I’ll be using them again later this year. He has repaired various leaks and installed and sourced taps. Chris is always polite, courteous, honest and very tidy. Prices are always extremely competitive. Wouldn’t use anyone else now.

I would highly recommended Perry my boiler broke and he fitted a new boiler for me the very next day at the weekend a few years ago and he went above and beyond to do an excellent job. Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. He then came and completed the job over the course of a weekend and allayed any anxieties my mother had. Would thoroughly recommend these guys. Thanks again Perry!

plumber came out repaired a burst pipe under the kitchen sink ,replaced a section of pipe and helped clean up all the mess from the leak. he was very polite and helpful and charged us a reasonable price im very happy to recommend this company their services were 10 out of 10 ossan

We have used Priority Plumbing & Heating twice now and recommend them 100%. Byron and his team are fantastic workers. They are polite, conscientious, tidy and hard workers. They always arrived on time and kept us informed in every aspect of the jobs (loved their tracking app as having a dog it gave us time to round him up and shut him away out of harms way before they arrived) We will be having our central heating serviced annually and will have Priority Plumbing & Heating in to do this in the future. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. Every time I have guests over they always comment on my bathroom and some of the practical choices have come from the team, this is a testament to the years and experience they have within the team.

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Was looking for a local plumber to replace a dripping kitchen mixer tap. Found Georgie, so glad I did, gave him a call & he fitted me in that afternoon, gave me a reasonable quote. Very professional, tidy, friendly, can't recommend highly enough.

Great service. Have used Georgie before for plumbing in appliances and sink issue. Had issue with leaking and whistling cistern and contacted him via WhatsApp. Very quick to respond and was able to diagnose and fix within 24 hours. Explained what issue was and fix required in comprehensive terms and was efficient and tidy. Will definitely be using his services again if needed!

I found damage from a leak in my bathroom and reached out to The Plumber, I was able to get a visit booked the same day which was surprising as that’s not normally the case with plumbers. I had contact with Jack, Elliot & Ben, all of which were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The leak was in a difficult place due to me living in a new build with access issues, Ben & Elliot worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. They were both really helpful, transparent, polite and reassuring. Would definitely recommend their team!

Romaine fitted new radiators in both our bedroom and sitting room. He advised on suitability and heat level before we bought them. Romaine reorganised the pipework needed in the two rooms and fitted the radiators. His work was clean and neat and his communication prior and during the work was excellent. Furthermore, the radiators look great! We would highly recommend Allen and Co. Edit - a few weeks ago we lost hot water, Romaine advised us over the phone and quickly solved the issue - no charge - mark of a decent tradesman, not charging for simple fixes.

Absolute legend of a plumber. Contacted at 16:00 for an emergency call out for a leaky pipe, wrapped up his job and was over in the hour to fix. Disappointed that he doesn’t cover the West End as it’s difficult to find trades as good as him. Have told him to start charging more, he deserves more money for the excellent work he does. Allen&Co did such a brilliant job installing my boiler. They were prompt and efficient and didn't make any mess. I was very impressed with their politeness and care when explaining how to use the boiler and thermostat. From looks to functionality, they made sure that everything was completed perfectly and showed great attention to detail. Have used Romaine's services twice, first to identify an issue with our boiler earlier this year, he managed to identify the issue with ease in less than an hour and recommend we sort it under our existing warranty, and talked it through with me and answered my many questions, second time around he fitted a new radiator for me as our old rad nipple valve snapped off. Both times he's been professional, friendly and knowledgeable whilst being reasonably priced. He is trustworthy, reliable and a problem solver, it's great to find a reliable and personable plumber.
