Came out on a Saturday afternoon, fixed our boiler and saved us from what would have been week a very cold weekend.

I highly recommend Reece and his teams at DPMS. Have used a few times for boiler issues and a gas fire and each time they gave honest upfront advice before starting any work. Great service.

Sam was great. Excellent workmanship, reasonable price and very genuine person. Very happy with our bathroom and would recommend him.

plumber came out repaired a burst pipe under the kitchen sink ,replaced a section of pipe and helped clean up all the mess from the leak. he was very polite and helpful and charged us a reasonable price im very happy to recommend this company their services were 10 out of 10 ossan

24hr plumber kent fitted us a new hot water tank and repaired the leaking pipes they found whilst isolating the mains water supply to my house the guy is a very knowable man with 20 years experience I would recommend him to family and friends, really easily and can honestly say his price was far better than the other quote s we was able to obtain overall 10/10 👍🏻

We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Priority Plumbing are my go to professionals for this work and would highly recommend Mr. Byron and the team.

Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. Every time I have guests over they always comment on my bathroom and some of the practical choices have come from the team, this is a testament to the years and experience they have within the team.

They always arrived on time and kept us informed in every aspect of the jobs (loved their tracking app as having a dog it gave us time to round him up and shut him away out of harms way before they arrived) We will be having our central heating serviced annually and will have Priority Plumbing & Heating in to do this in the future. Great service from start to finish! Dan was courteous, knowledgeable, and solved our plumbing issue quickly.

Had a leaky toilet issue for weeks, regulary emptying buckets. Took a few pictures of the pipe connections and showed them to the lads behind the counter. 30 mins later leak fixed and stress relieved. Top service from knowlegeable and personable staff.

I’ve used these guys on several occasions for various electrical & plumbing DIY jobs since moving to the area. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. My latest visit was for help with a DIY water feature project using an old tap. Didn’t know what I was looking for but after explaining that I needed something to lengthen the tap inlet, within a few minutes the problem was solved at a low cost. Hi there, I appreciated prompt response for my frail mother who had been getting cold. Its a shame so many call outs have been needed over the past year. It’s seems that the whole boiler has been gradually replaced in parts, retrospectively it would have been preferable to get a new replacement in the first place. It would be helpful to know what was included in the £90, what work if any was completed? Thank you
