Had a leaky toilet issue for weeks, regulary emptying buckets. Took a few pictures of the pipe connections and showed them to the lads behind the counter. 30 mins later leak fixed and stress relieved. Top service from knowlegeable and personable staff.

I’ve used these guys on several occasions for various electrical & plumbing DIY jobs since moving to the area. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. My latest visit was for help with a DIY water feature project using an old tap. Didn’t know what I was looking for but after explaining that I needed something to lengthen the tap inlet, within a few minutes the problem was solved at a low cost. I’m always impressed with the service here. Thanks guys.
