Found Dave on Google when our tenant advised the electric shower was leaking. Called him and he visited within half a day assessed the problem agreed price and all fixed 2 days later have just rec'd and settled the bill and cannot speak highly enough of the service we have rec'd. |Would recommend him to everybody and certainly wont be searching around for another plumber in the future. David has done two jobs for me in my flat and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He's happy to come and quote at a time that is convenient to you and his prices are reasonable and reliable (not suddenly going to sky rocket for no reason). He arrives promptly, is very personable and happy to explain the work that needs to be done in a way that's easy to understand. He'll go the extra mile to make sure that you're happy with the job and takes pride in doing a good job rather than taking shortcuts. He's also excellent at cleaning up after himself! When I need more work doing in the future I'll definitely be using David.

A very trustworthy and professional family run business. They completed a lot of work in my house and we had no issues at all. They replaced the old back boiler with a new Baxi boiler, replaced all of the microbore pipework, fitted the nest heating system and fitted a new bathroom suite. Ben and the boys put up with a lot of other trades in and out of the house at the same time (probably getting in their way from time to time) yet still managed to complete the job from start to finish within the timeframe given. Would highly recommend them and have every faith that you won't be disappointed!

I chose Hollis Heating after hearing good things from family and friends who had had dealings with them in the past, and they didn't let me down. They had initially come to quote for a new boiler as I knew my old one was on it's last legs. The appointment time was kept and the gentleman who came seemed both knowledgeable and polite. They had concerns that my water pressure was low, but one phone call and a visit from the water board soon corrected that. Anyway advice was given and a recommendation made, with both the current demands on the system and the future demands in mind. I was happy with the quote and gave an instruction to proceed and installation was scheduled for a few weeks later. However during the intervening period the boiler died on me. Ben and the crew at Hollis Heating changed there plans to fit us into there diary sooner than planned and that was most appreciated. The installation of the new baxi boiler went without a hitch with Ben also installing my new nest thermostat. A slight dent on the boiler cover upset Ben and he ordered a new cover on the first day and came back and fitted that when it arrived. Ben and his crew were polite, considerate and tidy; always putting down covers over the carpets before commencing work. Very impressed and I would not hesitate in recommending Hollis Heating to friends and family in the future.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

What a rescue! Glenn managed to prevent a potential disaster with his speedy service. We've used him three times, and nothing is too much to ask. I had a number of significant issues with my underfloor heating in my house mainly caused by a sludge buildup causing some rooms to not work at all. It was mic and his excellent, super friendly and highly professional team that discovered the issue. They carried out underfloor flushes a few times until the sludge was kept to a minimum. And ensured my inhibitor level is topped up to reduce sludge issues. Further more Mic made my underfloor heating independent to my radiators upstairs by installing a switch and also upgraded my old style flow meters to the glass flow meters which is extremely useful to see if there is any blockages in any of the pipes. Mic’s team also explained everything to me about underfloor heating and now I changed from knowing very little to now becoming very competent at using my underfloor heating! I highly recommend this super super friendly company if you have any issues with underfloor heating. And I’m actually very thankful and grateful that mic covers my area!!! Lucky me A massive thanks to Mic and the other excellent team members Ben and Matt who were all super friendly and patient while advising me all the way through and repairing my sludge issues! Thank you mic and I’ll always be doing my underfloor heating service or seek any advice here from now on :)))

LeeMick provided an excellent service. The pump on my Underfloor Heating system wasn’t working. Not only did the engineer, Matt, get the pump going and thoroughly check the system, he also took the time to explain what he was doing and how it all works. He also answered lots of questions. Quick and convenient visit to price job. Received a couple of quotes for a replacement boiler, detailing what the options were, what works would be done and an honest suggestion that the cheaper option might be the best. Arranged a day for the fitting a week later. Peter turned down my offer of some money "up front". Plumber arrived on time. Got on with the job. Had some difficulty with removing the existing boiler. Fitted new one. Kept mess and noise to a minimum. Cleared up any mess made. Took away all waste, including old boiler. All completed in a day. Including all new pipework, inline filter, new condensation pipe and sealing of holes. Peter took his time going through the operation of the new system, remote controller and interface. He logged the guarantee for us without being asked to. Left us all certificates and paperwork. Invoiced promptly and I was happy to pay promptly too. A polite, efficient, proficient tradesman. Thoroughly recommended

This company were absolutely fantastic from start to finish for a blocked man hole at our property , previous drainage companies just fixed the blockage , Greywater identified the reason why we had constant blockages and solved the problem by de-scaling our pipe work lines from years of scale, this compromised the flow of our waste to the main line but once Greywater were finished the lines were good as new and since we haven’t had any problems again . Couldn’t recommend them more highly extremely professional , clean , punctual and very good communication and reports of work they carried out for us .
