I recently had a walk-in shower fitted by Chivers. The company earned 5 stars every step of the way. Quick response, excellent communication from all the staff. It was a real pleasure to deal with Jake, the main fitter for the project, Jay, who measured up and gave advice as well as assisting Jake and John Chivers who worked with Jake installing shower boards.. The completed job exceeded my expectation and I was completed on time and on budget. They all worked hard, were courteous and left no mess behind. They not only did a great job but every interaction I had with them, whether via WhatsApp, email or over the phone, they have been incredibly helpful and genuine in their approach. Highly recommended this firm. They were on time, very polite and worked very hard installing 5 radiators in one day. They did a great job of putting the radiators in and were very tidy and left no mess. Before they left they made sure everything was back on and the radiators were all working properly. Would definitely use them again.

We had a leaking waste pipe into our basement and 1st Aid Plumbing were there pretty immediately, located the issue, got it fixed, cleaned and sanitised really quickly. Excellent service. Would recommend without hesitation.

After calling 1st aid plumbing, Joel came out to repair our plumbing issue within 2 hours. What we initially thought would be a relatively simple job , uncovered a not so simple job and a leak. Joel was absolutely brilliant, fixed the leak and piping issues. Cleared up afterwards and was very polite and professional. Thank you ever so much and will definitely use 1st aid plumbing again in the future !

Damian, very professional, competent plumbing Engineer, sound advice, not pushy. Supplied and fitted a water softener that had made an enormous difference to the quality of our water. Plus they do have after care service ( supply of salt blocks and filter changing etc) which is just as important as the installation. Would highly recommend ( and have already done so with a relation)

Eddie installed a new central heating system for us and we are really impressed with the results. He is very knowledgeable, professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

I moved into a new house with numerous problems. It was a massive relief to have all the plumbing issues resolved, and to a professional standard. I had a new boiler installed, my shower system replaced, new taps for my bath & sink, and toilet & washing machine pipes fixed.
