After calling 1st aid plumbing, Joel came out to repair our plumbing issue within 2 hours. What we initially thought would be a relatively simple job , uncovered a not so simple job and a leak. Joel was absolutely brilliant, fixed the leak and piping issues. Cleared up afterwards and was very polite and professional. Thank you ever so much and will definitely use 1st aid plumbing again in the future !

Damian, very professional, competent plumbing Engineer, sound advice, not pushy. Supplied and fitted a water softener that had made an enormous difference to the quality of our water. Plus they do have after care service ( supply of salt blocks and filter changing etc) which is just as important as the installation. Would highly recommend ( and have already done so with a relation)

Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. Superb! Just superb! I had a blocked kitchen sink and all my usual tricks hadn't worked. I'd done my last drops of One Shot (the only thing that ever worked), used some caustic soda, been outside down the pipes with my drain snake, which had never failed me before today. Nothing! Called Mayday as I'd seen the vans, and the same afternoon they came round and fixed the problem. Properly good price too considering the short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything of this nature. Thank you very, very much.

First may I thank Tyrone and Ben for being so efficient in dealing with my plumbing issues haha! I have never in all the time living in Tenterden for 7 years have I had “professionals” arrange to visit and deal with the issues so promptly and in one whole day! I should know as I have had many quotes request for maintaining this home with some so called professionals not even turning up or me waiting with zero communications to actually do the job! This was an unplanned messy job for Tyrone and Ben involving clearing the main drains which they dealt with so efficiently. I told them I had blocked up sink but they discovered that it was much more than that but just went on to deal with it all in the same day along with new kitchen taps/plumbing and installing a long awaited brand new shower unit needed (waiting on other plumbers) . By the way, Ben was as efficient as you Tyrone when left to do the finishing plumbing appliances. Very courteous and arrived ready to show me the product he had ordered and collected (on the same day) for my shower and kitchen sink before installing them. Checking that I was happy with what was ordered. I am a very patient homeowner who understands that contractors are busy all times of the. year. All I ask is that they take the time to communicate instead of leaving me waiting... TG Plumbers and Bathrooms surprised me with their excellent service which involved explaining step by step what needed to be done. I felt so happy to be treated with respect and felt like I had a new kitchen and bathroom again! I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Shaun came to our rescue after our boiler was condemned. Everything about him was top class. He responded quicker than everyone else, provided an excellent quote, he even offered to come out on his day off early in the morning so that we had a boiler. I called Shaun to fix a major leak in a very tight kitchen cupboard in our flat. He arrived early and got to work straight away. Pete serviced our LPG boiler and corrected a previous installation error. He also repaired two leaking toilet cisterns. A very professional service, carried out quickly and thoroughly. He is a very busy man so occassionally his timings may be a bit "off" (due to the fact he gets emergency gas call outs, which have to take preference). Don't let that worry you, the job will get done - indeed he arrived with us at 18.30 rather than let us down. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

We just moved house and Peter was the only person in the area who was kind enough to dedicate an hour in his busy schedule to come check our boiler, which smelt of gas and kept turning on randomly. The boiler had faults on and kept tripping out. I was recommended Baldwin and Salter to do a power flush on the system. When they arrived they checked the boiler and radiators and let me know that a flush was not the issue. He made some adjustments to the boiler and it has sorted the issues we were having. They could have pulled my pants down with what I thought was needed, so it’s refreshing to get an honest diagnosis and fix. Highly recommend the service level and professionalism of this company.
