Tom carried out the installation of a new radiator very efficiently and to a high standard. He also resolved an outstanding issue with the hot setting of our shower. We are very pleased to have found Tom and will undoubtedly be using his services again.

We’ve used Tom 3 times for 3 rooms and 4 radiator installations. He’s always quick to respond, clean and tidy, and does a great job. Solid fittings, and reorganising the pipes under the floorboards for a better fit.

If you are looking for a cheerful, helpful and 'nothing too much trouble' service (usually a 'rare' thing!) then I 100% recommend Tom at TJD Plumbing, Heating & Gas Ltd. I needed a specialised immersion serviced/checked over quickly and somehow in his busy schedule he fitted me in, was prompt, clean and tidy and took the time to check and do a little repair on my shower too. I highly recommend Tom, nice friendly guy too.

Tom recently serviced my boiler and replaced a seal. Prior to the appointment he took the time to explain the service, and what the noise I could hear would be likely to be. On the day, Tom let me know he could pop round earlier, which was great as it was chilly. He was super friendly and has followed up since to check whether the noise had returned. From start to finish he was excellent and I'd really recommend him.

Yesterday, we noticed our bathroom sink has clogged. We immediately called Sevenoaks Plumbing & Water Heaters if they could repair the issue. The plumber did quite well in repairing it back. Two thumbs up!

Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. He was tidy, polite and explained everything clearly along the way. Very reasonable charges with no surprises or hidden costs. We will be using him again.

I contacted Josh when I believed I had discovered a leak early in the morning. He was prompt to respond and kept me up to date on timing he was expected around. Sevenoaks Gas has been servicing and maintaining my LPG Worcester Bosch boiler for around 4 years now. Super reliable, easy to contact and fair pricing. One time they even saved me the cost of a call out when I thought my boiler was broken but it was in fact fine (the reserve gas cylinders weren't switched on - oops!). Water pressure out of kitchen mains tap went right down. Andrew came very quickly, cleaned some limescale out, and got it back up to full flow. It was fine for a few days and then one morning suddenly a trickle. Andrew's colleague Marcus came that day and dismantled the tap fully, which was difficult because the tap is old and the whole thing was furred up. Marcus persevered and was able to fit a new valve. This has given it a new lease of life. Andrew and Marcus answered questions about various things, all very helpful. Thank you, Andrew and Marcus for your great work!
