Very good service. Andy arrived at a time that suited us, when we originally had no idea what time we wanted him over. He replaced 4 locks swiftly and professionally. Multiple copies of keys given. He also helped us new house owners with some other things that were completely out of his purview, which was incredibly appreciated. And the price was decent too. 10/10, will be keeping his number for the future.

I highly recommend. Great communication, on time, clean and tidy. Lovely chap and really knowledgeable and friendly. Worked hard to fix our door and managed to sort it, which saved us having to replace the whole unit, which is what we thought we might have to. Will be my go to from now on. Excellent service. Very highly recommend. Woody came out within 2 hours for a non-urgent situation and completely repaired a broken old conservatory door with multiple problems. He was courteous and kind and very professional. 100% recommend.

I would recommend this company. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Replaced 4 locks with new keys really promptly as the property needed to be made secure for a house sell. Nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money, good communication and very reliable.

Excellent service. Could not open my backdoor. Came at 6 p.m. openened the door and tried to fix the old workings but could not. Had to replace with new but managed to keep the old handle and barrel to save extra expence. Price quoted to do the job before which was fair and guaranteed for a year. It took an hour to complete the job.

Had to call out Barry in Sunday afternoon for a jammed front door lock and couldn't get in. He was fantastic. Arrived very quickly, replaced the lock quickly and efficiently. Wonderful service and reasonable price for a weekend call-out. Highly recommend him.

Excellent work! I wanted all the exterior locks changed as I’ve just moved in and wasn’t entirely sure I had all copies of the keys to the existing locks. Barry made quick work of changing two of the locks. The third was a bit problematic but he worked tirelessly to sort the issue and has left the lock in a better state than he found it. He also changed a major part at no extra cost. I couldn’t be happier with the service. A consummate professional. Highly recommended

We had a sudden problem with the lock in our French doors. I contacted the company and Barry managed to fit us in the same day. He identified the problem and when the part needed arrived he also came quickly to fit it. He gave us updates through the process and the lock is now working perfectly. Very pleased with the service. Barry was able to attend within the hour when my front door lock broke. It turned out to be not a straightforward job so he fixed a temporary lock and ordered the part needed and fixed it very quickly as soon as the part was available. Highly recommend!

We had a problem with the multi point on our front door, and contacted Barry. And doing, so, found someone who is extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Came out the following and Identified the problem quickly and easily. Replacement multi point was ordered and fitted in less than 24 Could not ask for more and would highly recommend Barry and his Locksmith services Thank you
