Can't fault Brian and Taurus Locks. Very clear on potential cost of job before arriving, carried out work unlocking a jammed door very efficiently. Even helped with another lock replacement and for a very fair price. If only all tradesman were as trust worthy. Highly reccomend.

I called Brian about a UPVC back door lock that had stopped working and wouldn't lock. Brian fitted me in, in-between other jobs, arrived within the hour and had the job done and completed with the door fitted with a new locking system within 15 minutes ! A fantastic service and one I would highly recommend.

Dan arrived within 15 minutes of our call. He changed the lock of our UPVC front door seamlessly and identified why it was not locking correctly. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. What a great Guy. I had a problem with a conservatory glazing and a gutter between it and the house. Lee turned up on time, gave me a timeline for all bits of the work, completed them on time and was clean and polite. Oh, and did a good job! I will be using Him if I have any further glazing type requirements and recommend 100%.

Very happy that I called Warren. I phoned at 2pm and he was with me by 2.30. I have a very solid expensive composite door and the cylinder lock just kept turning. Rather than risk damaging the front door he gained access by drilling out the rear garden door. Then he replaced the faulty front door lock and the garden door lock. Good quick efficient service. Thank you so much. I got Warren's number through a recommendation. Called and told him how I locked myself out of the house. Gave a time I will be at home and he agreed to work with that time. He came early (Sweettt). My front door is new so we decided on the back. He did his thang even though my back door had the key in. Few minutes and he was done. The door doesn't even show sign of drilling and all. The relief to be indoors from the biting cold was refreshing. I absolutely will recommend. Excellent service, very pleased. I was having a nightmare getting copies of my master keys, I tried various key cutting companies and it didn’t work. This meant multiple trips back and forth for a year until I found this company. I got them to change my lock and create copies of the keys. This was done efficiently and customer service was excellent. I am finally able to give copies of keys to my lodgers. It was really becoming difficult after multiple shops couldn’t cut the key right. I replaced my ageing wireless burglar alarm last year when the local company I had been using for 12 years sold out to a faceless national brand. I needed to go local again and it was time for a new alarm anyway as replacement parts for the old system were becoming hard to get. Cliff Blake (whom I'd previously used several times for locksmith duties and had proved to be very reliable) gave me a quote, explained how the new system would work and look and promised me "Trust me, you'll love it". Technology has marched on a lot in the past 12 years. And Cliff was right. The new system is fantastic compared to the old one and the care that James the fitter (who is married to Cliff's daughter - it's a proper local family business) took with the installation was second to none. A really neat job that is a pleasure to own and use. James returned last week to remove some of the sensors temporarily while I was having a replacement front door and two upstairs windows fitted and he then replaced them onto the new windows a few days later. All of this was also done perfectly and James always turns up at exactly the time we are told he will. The price was very sensible for the two visits to complete this work. I really can't fault them in any way and I do love my new burglar alarm. Considering how many times you use a burglary alarm, it's really worth the money to have a quality product.
