Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Dr Syed Shah left me with results I didn’t think were possible and his artistry has been admired by many. Thank you so much Thorndike will be recommending you!

I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. One lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person at every appointment and query - sorry I can’t remember your name but you are one of a kind, you are incredible and I’m glad I get to speak to you and you help me out till the end . Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I have always been apprehensive about visiting the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Fahd was truly exceptional. The treatment was completely pain-free, and Dr. Fahd's comforting manner made all the difference. He took his time to explain every detail of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. Absolutely amazing! Recently had a wisdom tooth out was extremely nervous but I was made to feel comfortable and at ease! The Oral surgeon was very nice.

Best dental practice ever! I recently had to have 4 teeth removed & I was very nervous. However, 35 minutes after my appointment started I left with new teeth & absolutely no pain! I would & do recommend them to everyone.

Nandita has been my Dentist for over 10 years now. With her knowledge in her field, kind and gentle nature, I honestly can't recommend her enough! I have been rather naughty of late and not booked my routine Dental Check Up's. A tooth suddenly started to feel strange which prompted me to book an appointment. The lovely receptionist Tara was so helpful and able to book me an appointment the same week I called. I was feeling so anxious as I knew it had been almost 2 years since my last check up with her and of the potential problems that could have been detected/avoided sooner! Nandita put me at ease straight away, as she always does and we discussed my concerns. She thoroughly explained her findings to me including showing me an intra oral picture of the tooth I was worried about and showing me the routine xrays that were needed. On this occasion I was very lucky and no further treatment needed except a visit with the hygienist which I knew was well overdue too. I just got so busy with life that I ended up neglecting myself which could have resulted in a different story. Thank you so much again Nandita, Nurse Kim and Tara for looking after me and I will see you again in 6 months 😊

I spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Sue today who was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to pass on how wonderful another receptionist named Tara was, along with my dentist Victoria and her assistant Kim. I was a little nervous about my appointment as I have neglected my teeth, but all 3 of these wonderful people made me feel at ease and comfortable. Victoria assured me that everything will be fine and genuinely cares, she was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this practice, full with fantastic, caring, wonderful and highly professional staff here. I have been a patient at Oradent for many years, all of the dentists are lovely and make you feel at ease as do the receptionists, all with a smile on their face's. I had to have two teeth removed at the front and have a new plate fitted, i was nervous and Kira explained everything and this made me feel at ease. The new plate with straight teeth and a colour match are excellent, for once i feel as though i can smile again and that is priceless.

I have honestly gone from being a patient who needed a prep-visit before appointments and a chaperone to being able to go in alone to have work done. That is something I never thought would ever happen and is directly connected to the team. I’ve visited three of their surgeries, and this one is by far the best. Had invisalign and other treatments here. Whole experience of the practice is amazing. Shirley and the team were amazing throughout the Invisalign treatments and very supportive.

Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. I have been going to Dr Sikander for the past 8 months - I’ve had several silver fillings changed to white ones, a root canal and a crown done with him. He is always so helpful and gets me in last minute. I’m not the easiest patient with my busy schedule but he always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive my treatment on time. The root canal was probably the scariest thing I’ve had done but I felt no pain during the procedure and the tooth has given me no pain whatsoever since! The crown looks amazing too, I’m so happy with it. Thank you for all your hard work over the last 8 months (and for always putting up with me and the kids)

I recently had a routine dental check-up with Dr. Waqas Sikander, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Monica, the dental nurse, greeted me warmly and helped create a calm and friendly environment. Both Dr. Sikander and Monica were attentive and thorough, making sure I was comfortable throughout. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sikander for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and Monica. I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

Receptionists warm and friendly and welcome you on arrival. My Dentist Yasmin and her support assistant were fantastic doing fillings that took quite sometime. Yasmin spoke to me through the dentistry treatment and as a bonus some of her singing!

Dr Aman and Amber are amazing and very professional.. I had braces to straighten my teeth. The whole process took just 9 months and I am so happy with the results. You learn more when things don't go to plan and a few times my brackets fell off or broke. I could email and they would fit me in asap to fix the problem. For the amount of hours of professional time you have throughout the process, makes the prices very reasonable. My only suggestion is to make the teeth whitening thats offered at the end of the treatment discounted for your clients. Have recommended to friends and family. The wife has already booked up!

Visited COCO Dental Practice today and I was so impressed by the improvements made to the surgery, Every member of staff were first class. I was treated efficiently and effectively, with respect, dignity and humour. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure my safety on leaving the practice too.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I always receive exceptional service at Hartley Dental Practice. I am currently being treated by Milan, and he is always attentive, thorough and patiently explains every step of any procedures that I may have to have and makes me very comfortable and at ease with everything. The ladies at reception and the dental nurses are so friendly and always polite and i have no hesitation in recommending Hartley Dental Practice to anyone. They’re fab!

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I had my upper wisdom tooth and adjoining molar extracted today. From the moment I stepped inside the surgery all staff were helpful, reassuring and polite. I believe my teeth were extracted by Hosam Elmanhawany, who put me (a nervous patient) at ease. He was skillfull and managed to get both teeth out in 10 minutes, causing me no pain, only the expected pressure sensations. Thank you to all the team.

Prompt service by dentist, especially as I had requested an appointment for same day in afternoon, because of a tooth ache. I was advised that I required my wisdom tooth to be extracted. Fortunately, the surgeon was available at the surgery and I had it done straight away. I was handled with care, especially as I do not like injections. The dentist surgeon was great and did the tooth extraction within 10minutes.

Best Dentist I’ve ever been to! They’re all so lovely here and I’ve always had impeccable service. The Dentist I see is by far, the best Dentist I’ve ever had and is also amazing with my children. Cannot recommend enough.
