Please pardon the pun.... Victor and Jayne were the patient ones. Very professional and understanding as my fillings posed several problems. We got there in the end thanks to the determination of them both. Many thanks to them and the practice.

I recently joined over from my last dentist- and I’m a very nervous patient. Victor is my dentist and his lovely assistant Jayne made my visits so pleasant for me. I have a lot of problems with my dental and they have made me feel extremely reassured about coming to get my treatments done. I couldn’t recommend anyone better. Thank you for everything you’ve done!

Marta and Carla are 2 amazing, caring, kind professionals, who I had the honour of being treated by today. It's wasn't just about doing excellent work, it was also the fact they took time to listen to my previous dental experience and use that information to make today the best experience it could be. So thank you ladies I would have given 100 stars if I could.

We saw dentist Victor and Jayne 5*, they are wonderful. Both made the kids feel comfortable and made the check up process go very smoothly. Very patient to explain what was happening and what the next steps. Dentist and assistant definitely score a 5* In terms of improvements, the reception team can make the booking process more transparent and send written booking confirmations and reminders.

Had wisdom tooth extracted today and couldn't believe how quickly it was over. Very good. All staff very friendly, efficient and very professional. Many thanks to the team .

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

I was so impressed of the service. I am usually scared of dentist appointments due to past experiences, but Katie that attended to me was so gentle with me. Kind & friendly, she kept me calm all through & she did a good job!!!

I recently finished my Invisalign journey with Emma; in which I also had composite bonding and I’m extremely happy with the outcome of how my smile looks now. The whole process from start to finish ran very smoothly, Emma and both of her dental nurses Beth and Brodie were really helpful throughout too. As a whole the practice itself is very very clean and everyone is so welcoming. I’d recommend for anyone to go here for treatment and I’ll continue to come back for further check ups needed in the future etc. 😁

The level of treatment I received was exceptional, I cannot fault anything! I had Dr Emma and she was so patient and took her time to explain everything. Could not recommend her enough. 10/10 for everything!

Honestly the best decision ever! Nina, Kat, Farhad, Sarah and the team have done an amazing work on my teeth. Their attention to detail, patience and care was tremendous. My treatment took a bit longer as I had 1 tooth that wouldn't budge, so they opted for another round of aligners to make sure they were perfect. I think others would have been sick of me by then and booted me out, but this team is so lovely. I always had a really good laugh with them and am really pleased with the results. Every six months I visit the wonderful hygienist Karen at the Sandford. Not only does she thoroughly clean my teeth, but over the years she has given me a huge amount of advice about my dental hygiene. As a result, my teeth have never been cleaner nor in better condition. She also happens to be a truly delightful person.

Fantastic. I previously had my teeth whitened here, which looks great. I have been visiting Zahra Khan for my Hygiene appointments. She is such a lovely lady, as I have always been frightened when visiting dentists, due to a bad experience ax a child. She explains what she is doing, she has a lovely manner, and at the end gives good advice, which really works. I would highly recommend.

My orthodontic treatment with Nina and the team at the Sandford was a pleasure from start to finish. I felt reassured and at ease with Nina from my very first consultation. Her knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent, combined with her calming and pleasant manner gave me confidence and faith in the two year process I was embarking upon. Every appointment in that time was a joy: Nina and the team were always lovely, kind and supportive and the environment was relaxed and welcoming. Now at the end of my journey, I’m so pleased with the results and so grateful to Nina for transforming my teeth. I can whole heartedly recommend her and the Sandford.

I've been with Highfield dental for more than 5 years. I can only say good things about them. Dr Uzma recently took on 'fixing' my teeth. For the first time in my life I don't hate having my photograph taken or feel conscious when I smile. I just can't thank her enough.

Highfield is the best practice I have ever been to. All of the staff here are incredibly welcoming and put you at ease each and every time. Martina is my dentist and she was recommended to me by a colleague and I honestly have not stopped telling people how absolutely wonderful she is. Martina takes the time along with the rest of the team to put you at ease each time you visit, she treats you with dignity and respect and is open and honest every step of the way. I like that she takes the time at the beginning of every visit to check in, where others might not, and she continues to explain the steps of treatment throughout ensuring you know what to expect and ensure there are no surprises. Not only this but she keeps the mood light and the experience is sometimes funny which I’ve never had before. An added bonus is her humming and harmonising along to the radio. I used to dread every dentist visit but now part of me looks forward to going. I can’t thank all the staff here enough!

I am a new patient to Highfield Dental, having been recommended by friends and family. I was immediately put at ease on entering the surgery by the atmosphere and the friendly staff who greeted me. I was nervous but my Dentist, Martina, was very reassuring, calming and extremely thorough. She took care to talk me through my treatment plan and provided me with other helpful information and advice. I would highly recommend Highfield Dental and regret not visiting sooner.

I am one of those people who in the past would rather sit in the chair, close my eyes and wait to be told when dental torture was over. Uzma Patel however puts me at my ease and I find I like being told/shown what is to be done. Very patient, caring and the results are nothing short of remarkable, especially the recent crown to one of my front teeth which is imperceptible both from the inside and out. I always receive exceptional service at Hartley Dental Practice. I am currently being treated by Milan, and he is always attentive, thorough and patiently explains every step of any procedures that I may have to have and makes me very comfortable and at ease with everything. The ladies at reception and the dental nurses are so friendly and always polite and i have no hesitation in recommending Hartley Dental Practice to anyone. They’re fab!

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I recently visited this dentist practice for the first time as a nervous patient and found it easy to schedule an appointment with the lovely Lisa on reception. David and Lyndsey made me feel so at easy during my 2 visits, explaining every step in detail and advising me in advance of any expected discomfort. Recently underwent some dental work at Barnehurst Dental Practice. Can't recommend them enough, the whole process was explained step by step. Lisa the Practice Manager is a delight, she always kept me updated on appointments with texts and phone call reminders. Dr Sunny Walia, who I initially saw, was very professional and advised on what was needed. Priya who then followed up the work was also very knowledgeable and experienced. Overall a great experience.

I visited Barnehurst Dental Practice for a dental emergency. They were friendly, professional and really made me feel at ease after previously having bad experiences with other dentists. I returned for a tooth extraction which was painless and I have now booked in for further treatment. They are my dentist of choice, thank you to all the team there, I highly recommend them.

From the moment my call was answered and I explained I was really nervous patient, the service , understanding and patience I received was first class ! Assistant Lynsey gave me a really warm welcome and Dr Preya , explained everything she was doing ,X-ray’s were reviewed and explained full treatment plan discussed and in priority order , with absolutely no pressure .

I visited James Dodd at Caring Dental today for a filling. As always he was careful and considerate and took time to ensure that I was comfortable before starting the dental work and kept checking that I was OK during the procedure. Like many other people I imagine, I get a bit anxious about visits to the dentist but I have to say that James and his colleagues at Caring Dental always make it as positive and comfortable an experience as possible. James has also recently carried out complex work on another tooth which has meant that I do not have to have the tooth extracted; for that I am extremely grateful.

From the reception team through to the practitioners, Caring Dental really do live up to their name. My wife has been using this practice since it opened however since we moved out the area, I chose someone more local. I had a problem which did not get resolved well and my wife persuaded me to use Caring. Have not looked back since. A special mention to the reception team, the most friendly and accommodating, I was even offered the use of their home car charger as there is not one in the area !

It's exactly what it says "Caring Dental" I've been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years and I feel the care and the utmost treatment every single time. Chris is professional and he explains all the steps of what the treatment will include before he starts, and he also explains it as he is doing the work. He cares about protecting the original teeth and only recommend fillings if really needed. The before and after image of my teeth is so satisfying. The hygienists as well are all professional, and they do a thorough job. They always gives me tips on how I best look after my teeth and gum.

Chris and team are incredibly friendly and always make me feel at ease as soon as I step into their practice. They all, take the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for top-notch care, with the latest technology and a welcoming environment.

The team at 2 Green Dental are amazing! The receptionists were so kind and helpful. I first went there in severe pain and they made me feel so at ease. Having bad experiences at other dentist in the past, I felt very nervous going but I’m so glad I went to them! I was told by another dentist that my tooth would need removing but with Joshua’s skills he managed to save my tooth. Joshua is an amazing dentist! He went through step by step at every appointment and was very reassuring throughout. He didn’t rush any of the appointments and took the time he needed to fix my tooth. I am now pain free and my teeth look amazing! I would recommend to everyone! Joshua also had then best music playlist!

I had a check up with Marianna and her nurse Mo. Marianna explained everything in detail of what she was going to do and as she went along. Marianna is lovely, friendly, gentle and would put anyone at ease. Luckily I like the dentist but she is amazing (my old dentist at a different practice retired and I haven't found a dentist so nice since!) Thank you Marianna and Mo! Receptionists Libby and Lauren were lovely and welcoming. Both happy and friendly.

2 Green Dental will now be my forever dentist to go. I had a check up and further work done and was feeling extremely nervous about it, Josh made me feel comfortable and relaxed whilst he explained every step along the way … a true credit to the company and I would highly recommend! I would like to thank Dr Josh for the wonderful service I have received. As a nervous patient I was delighted with the care and professionalism I received. Dr Josh showed me all the x-rays he took during a dental check up. He identified the problem and took time to explain the procedures and options available to me. One the second appointment, Dr Josh repaired my tooth. It was fantastic from the start to finish. I am very pleased with the result of his work.
