Very caring and everything explained well.Mohamed on reception very helpful. Dr Sabia very gentle and kind not at all hurried.Highly recommended.

The customer care so far has been brilliant , staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble , the dentist is very good at letting you know what the issues you have are and takes time in explaining and showing you via x-rays the best way to proceed with dental care , overall really pleased to find such a great , caring surgery and would definitely recommend signing up

First time visitor after requiring emergency treatment following a bad experience at an NHS dentist; 2 of my fillings needed removing and replacing. From the initial consult to the treatment I was thoroughly impressed! I was welcomed into the practice and everything was fully explained. The dentist was extremely reassuring, explained every step and was very gentle. He considered my previous reaction to the anaesthetic and made adjustments when it was required for the filling. Although I am now paying for private treatment over NHS, it is true that you get what you pay for. I felt in much safer, friendlier hands and will 100% be back for checkups and hygienist appointments. Thank you for making the experience more bearable!

Positively the nicest most professional dentists in kent, the reception staff are truly wonderful, As for the very pretty Dentist well shes mesmorising and truly excellent. Two teeth pulled and didnt feel a thing. Speaks volumes.

My wife and I have been patients at Pennypot Dental for a number of years, under the original guidance of Doctor Omar (now at the Ashford practice) and now Doctor Sunuka. Doctor Sunuka makes us both very welcome, asks about the family and is prepared to listen. Myself and my children have seen the same dentist for years now. He is great with all of us. My children have a mix of adhd, asc and anxiety, but none of them are scared and are happy to go in. Receptionists are polite and welcoming to us,and I can highly recommend them all

Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

Excellent Dental Practice, Dr Sabu did a large treatment plan for me and am very happy indeed. Really went all out to meet my money limits and exceeded my expectations. Recommend massively

As a very nervous patient ( a big baby)I can not fault the way I have been treated at this surgery.The receptionist made all the necessary appointments for me and when they once had to be cancelled,she fitted me in on similar days and times. As I had 3 appointments involving several teeth being taken out and fillings(which I really hate!), I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect,and felt absolutely nothing at all. Highly recommend all the staff and so glad they are my Dentists!

I had a dental emergency, and was seen straight away. Although the reception area is small, the receptionist was very efficient and friendly. Waiting time was about 15 minutes. The surgery is nicer and much brighter than 3 years ago. The dentist I had was knowledgeable and caring, and my problem was resolved rapidly.

Martin is the best dentist ever. Considering I was petrified of the dentist as a child, Martin is always reassuring, very professional and does the best check up and scale and Polish. Never take for granted our NHS dentists, they are worth their weight in gold and very hard to come by. Many thanks

The dentist was great with my 5 year old daughter, explained everything in simple language and was patient and let her hold the mirror so she wouldn’t be scared.

Attended an emergency appointment for a replacement filling. Receptionist was very polite, and the waiting room was clean. I was seen at the time of my appointment. My Dentist was polite and explained the procedure clearly before the work commenced and I received a new filling. No problems at all. I was made to feel at ease and nothing was rushed. I phoned this practice on Monday morning to see if they could fit me in as I am down here visiting and needed treatment. The lady that I spoke to was so kind and very helpful. They managed to fit me in today (Tuesday). I explained that I am a very nervous patient and I could hypherventilate. The Dentist and his assistant made me feel calm. He explained the options of treatment to me. I came away feeling better and very happy with my treatment. I wished all Dentists had the same caring and understanding nature to what people like me go through each time we visit the dentist. I have no hesitation in recommending to all. Thank you very much for your help today. Outstanding, if I could give a higher rate it would be 10/10

Very good service still but we need an NHS dentist asap, not too chuffed at having to pay twice for my treatments, but that’s the way it is. Place is clean and the staff are friendly, no problems there!

As an EXTREMELY anxious dental patient I walked in to reception to be greeted by friendly & observant reception staff. I say observant because that wonderful lady saw I was in a state and arranged for me to be seen so quickly - I was in such a state afterwards I wasn't able to tell her how much I appreciated that. The hygienist and dental nurse were superb. I was unbelievably frightened and overwhelmed but they kept me informed and worked so fast. Yes I had to pay for private treatment but for the service I received today I got a bargain. Thank you all!

I was very anxious about have extraction.The lady was wonderful.Very kind and supportive .The lady dentist,uses something to numb the gum, before the injection. I didnt feel very much.
