Positively the nicest most professional dentists in kent, the reception staff are truly wonderful, As for the very pretty Dentist well shes mesmorising and truly excellent. Two teeth pulled and didnt feel a thing. Speaks volumes.

Finally found an NHS dentist 😬. Went for routine check initially, was really friendly and helpful, was told I may need a crown, I knew I had blue blood in me! Had quick descale, teeth feel great. Thank you AF dental, I'll be back 👍

Haven't been to dentists in over 35years..went for a check up in October this year and I was shaking I was so scared had to be sick because it's just that I get myself in a state over the dentist. There was nothing to it. He made me feel comfortable and calmed me down a bit. Anyway I got to go back on 13th December I need 2 fillings a tooth taken out and a scalp & clean does anyone know if I will or can have. All work doing at the same time or will it be 1 treatment all on different appointments?? Great reception to so helpful and friendly and sorted my problem there and then..so thank you staff keep up the good work 💯👍👊

First time visitor after requiring emergency treatment following a bad experience at an NHS dentist; 2 of my fillings needed removing and replacing. From the initial consult to the treatment I was thoroughly impressed! I was welcomed into the practice and everything was fully explained. The dentist was extremely reassuring, explained every step and was very gentle. He considered my previous reaction to the anaesthetic and made adjustments when it was required for the filling. Although I am now paying for private treatment over NHS, it is true that you get what you pay for. I felt in much safer, friendlier hands and will 100% be back for checkups and hygienist appointments. Thank you for making the experience more bearable!

Myself and my children have seen the same dentist for years now. He is great with all of us. My children have a mix of adhd, asc and anxiety, but none of them are scared and are happy to go in. Receptionists are polite and welcoming to us,and I can highly recommend them all

Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

Pennypot Dental Hawkinge provides an excellent, professional service for clients with a wide range of dental needs. As a very nervous patient ( a big baby)I can not fault the way I have been treated at this surgery.The receptionist made all the necessary appointments for me and when they once had to be cancelled,she fitted me in on similar days and times. As I had 3 appointments involving several teeth being taken out and fillings(which I really hate!), I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect,and felt absolutely nothing at all. Highly recommend all the staff and so glad they are my Dentists!

Yes this all reviewed are true. When they had opened this practice was horrible. Just money and nothing more they charge you upfront even when you hadn't treatment was a problem to get money back. Never dentist available etc. I want to change a dentist as well but went just for check up with children last month. And all completely different. New staff, kind and helpful atmosphere. They stop asking money more then is necessary. I had an emergency visit 2 weeks ago as well, appointment same day, teeth done and still for cost of NHS nothing extra. I am after 4th visit mine and children's and I can say now this people there are great! Thank you so much for all you help!

Attended an emergency appointment for a replacement filling. Receptionist was very polite, and the waiting room was clean. I was seen at the time of my appointment. My Dentist was polite and explained the procedure clearly before the work commenced and I received a new filling. No problems at all. I was made to feel at ease and nothing was rushed.
