Since joining Hartley Dental Practice I had treatment on my teeth and the dentist was very friendly, gentle, explained everything and made sure i was comfortable throughout. It was a very positive experience and i have now moved my kids to this practice also. Very happy.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I always receive exceptional service at Hartley Dental Practice. I am currently being treated by Milan, and he is always attentive, thorough and patiently explains every step of any procedures that I may have to have and makes me very comfortable and at ease with everything. Had to have a root Canal done. This is the most amazing dentist I have ever been too Dr Patel was amazing. I had a fear of injections, but I honestly did not feel a thing. Dr Patel had her team are amazing. I have already booked my two young children for their check ups. Cost for Private dental is very reasonable. Recently I had a permanent bridge made by Roshni as I had lost a tooth due to an abscess in the past. I have to say that I am delighted with the results. As I said at the time she is a dentist and a sculptor rolled into one. It looks amazing and is very comfortable as well. Rosh was very considerate and caring throughout the course of treatments. I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend her and her lovely assistants to anybody looking to have dental work undertaken.

My molars have been difficult for years, until I found Parrock Dental. I've been treated with respect and kindness and given the best treatment that I could've wanted. So far, I've had a couple of teeth rebuilt, rather than patched up, and I've had one implant. Dr Rik is so reassuring and professional and the whole team looks after you so well. I am very happy with my implant, it is comfortable and easy to use and keep clean, the colour blends into my mouth perfectly. I also discovered how useful dental hygiene treatment and advice is. I had no idea how to get rid of my swollen gums nor that you should have actual gaps between your teeth at gum level. I have always been to the dentist twice a year, however no one has talked about brushing at an angle between the gum and the tooth! Thank you Parrock Dental, I wish that I'd come to you years ago.

My partner and I have had an amazing experience with Parrock as a whole. The facilities are always clean and well looked after. Water is readily available and staff are friendly and helpful. There are normally a decent amount of appointment times available. We had a very useful check up which helped us understand our oral hygiene with a list of suggestions. They always have hygiene products readily available to purchase. Our regular hygienist Jide has been fantastic. Not only does he do a great job, he also teaches and demonstrates what we need to do to maintain our hygiene at home. He always asks questions and makes sure we have a good understanding of oral hygiene. He also congratulated us on maintaining our hygiene which was very motivating and it was something we appreciated. My partner has struggled with gum disease for a very long time, Jide and the team helped clear it up.

I’ve just completed my 21 trays of Invisalign, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the journey and the incredible support I received throughout. I’m beyond happy with the results and the way my teeth look now. The entire process was so quick and smooth – it feels like a dream! I could honestly cry from how satisfied I am. I completed a treatment recently, crowns in my front teeth. Dr Blanche is a professional with a very good approach to the patient, extremely skilled. She reassured throughout explaining , advising all possible treatments options. Brilliant results I’d highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Perry street branch for many years now and I’ve always had excellent customer service. The dentist, Edward was great and the hygienist Bessie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The reception girls, Reena & Tracey, are fantastic and excel in calming patients while waiting to go in and always have a smile on their faces.

I’m a very nervous patient and I was seen by Dr Aurelia who literally made everything so calm and easy for me. I had to have a root canal and she explained step by step what was going to happen , she was very gentle and went out of her way to make sure I was ok every step of the way. The ladies in reception were also very supportive and I highly recommend this dentist practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This practice was recommended as ‘brilliant’ by a friend, and I am thrilled to say that she was not wrong. I have had many dentists over the years, and this is the best practice I have ever attended. Dr Tikare has a very kind manner and will put you at ease. I have had both routine ‘maintenance’ work and cosmetic work and all the treatment has been great. Dr Tikare has fitted me out with aligners. I didn’t dream that I could ever be the owner of straight, nicely aligned teeth, but halfway through, the results are looking good. Dr Tikare is as concerned with prevention as with providing excellent treatment, and is therefore very keen to educate his patients in their oral care. He has given advice which has rid me of persistent problems, such as bleeds in the gums when flossing. The treatment room is spotless, all of the nurses are attentive and supportive and the reception is calm and efficient. For the first time ever, dental appointments are not preceded by nerves and anxiety. I would go so far as to say that I even look forward to going to the dentist, not something I thought I would ever find myself saying. I feel blessed to have been introduced to this outstanding dental practice. Thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommend! Very lovely and friendly staff🥰 I had two wisdom teeth removed, no significant pain or complications after. Also, had one dental implant done, very efficient, fits perfectly. No words to describe how comfortable I felt, the nurse Aurelija asked every 2min if I am okay and if I weel any discomfort. Will come back many many times ! Currenty doing teeth whitening which they provided, and already see great results!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Hussain. From the beginning, he was incredibly supportive and made me feel at ease. He handled my dental issue with a high level of professionalism, addressing every concern thoroughly. What I appreciated most was his communicative approach—he took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect. Recently re-sited from Strood High St, ME2. Nearest parking is in Rathmore Rd, about 250yds away over the rail bridge, near to station entrance. Bus stops are close, mainly in Overcliffe. Arched frontage is very visible close to busy crossroads.

From arriving through to leaving the people here are fantastic. It's a nice, easy & relaxed atmosphere there, so much so you wouldn't know you were at the dentist until you sit in the dental chair. Kate especially makes the whole experience really pleasant. Highly recommend this practice
