I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I always receive exceptional service at Hartley Dental Practice. I am currently being treated by Milan, and he is always attentive, thorough and patiently explains every step of any procedures that I may have to have and makes me very comfortable and at ease with everything. The ladies at reception and the dental nurses are so friendly and always polite and i have no hesitation in recommending Hartley Dental Practice to anyone. They’re fab!

Since joining Hartley Dental Practice I had treatment on my teeth and the dentist was very friendly, gentle, explained everything and made sure i was comfortable throughout. It was a very positive experience and i have now moved my kids to this practice also. Very happy.

I recently visited Tooth Club for a routine check-up, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in we were amazed at how beautiful and calm the atmosphere was. The waiting area definitely has a wow factor! Every single member of staff there were beautifully polite and friendly and they made the whole process so enjoyable which is good as it was my daughter’s first trip to the dentist. I had an initial consultation/registration followed by a hygienist appointment a couple of weeks ago. The practice is lovely and from walking through the doors, it’s obvious it’s not your typical dentist! Remi, Zoe and the nurses were all so lovely and put me at ease straight away. Zoe managed to get all the staining off my teeth aswell in one session, which I really wasn’t expecting! I can’t recommend you enough! I look forward to coming back and starting my clear aligner journey with you soon!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was terrified to go to the dentist after a terrible experience in 2019 at a different practice. I tried last year with a different dentist but walked out refusing treatment on a very painful tooth as I felt dismissed, but now I am so glad I have found this dentist! I had an appointment with Nadia and she was absolutely fantastic!! I have never felt more listened to and had genuine compassion and understanding shown to me. I was very anxious going in and completely overwhelmed to the point of crying and my husband having to force me to go, but after sitting in Nadia’s chair and having her show me so much understanding, listening to my concerns and explaining everything for me very clearly with what was going to happen and with no judgement, it was such a good experience. I had to be referred for treatment in the end, but I would have gladly allowed her to perform work on me if it had been possible (this is a massive deal for me!). I left feeling so much happier and actually got into the car smiling and said to my husband what a great experience it was, and that was all thanks to Nadia’s fantastic patient care. The other staff I came into contact with were also very friendly and welcoming and the whole experience was great, 100% I would recommend this dentist to friends and family. My fear has definitely been lifted and I will have no problem going back in the future for my checkups now. If you’re terrified of the dentist like I was, this is definitely the place that can help you!

As a nervous patient, I can honestly say Barming Dental has been a lifesaver! After consulting with five other dentists, I finally felt at ease and in the best hands here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk team, Sonia and Leah, whose friendly professionalism put me at ease right away. The dental nurses, Paris and Louise, were equally amazing, always caring and supportive. But the biggest thanks go to Dr Nasir Ahmad. I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years and have had excellent care. Paul and Di take great care of my teeth and are extremely professional. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. In between times, the hygienists also do a wonderful job too. I cannot fault the care and dedication by my dental surgeon without whom I would be in considerable pain and discomfort. He explains everything he is doing during my treatment and what could happen in the future. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the NHS!

Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. Dr. Fahd Zaheer is absolutely amazing . He makes going to the dentist something to look forward to with his big smile and occasionally funny dad jokes. Him and his nurse assistant really show alot of care for their patients.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I have never felt so happy to have found GM dental and implant centre. They made me relax for the first time ever in going into a dentist's. The lady I saw today was welcoming and totally put me at ease, she listened to my fears and never once made me feel silly. Everything was explained in great detail and I am so glad I went and I will be staying with them.

I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.
