Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was terrified to go to the dentist after a terrible experience in 2019 at a different practice. I tried last year with a different dentist but walked out refusing treatment on a very painful tooth as I felt dismissed, but now I am so glad I have found this dentist! I had an appointment with Nadia and she was absolutely fantastic!! I have never felt more listened to and had genuine compassion and understanding shown to me. I was very anxious going in and completely overwhelmed to the point of crying and my husband having to force me to go, but after sitting in Nadia’s chair and having her show me so much understanding, listening to my concerns and explaining everything for me very clearly with what was going to happen and with no judgement, it was such a good experience. I had to be referred for treatment in the end, but I would have gladly allowed her to perform work on me if it had been possible (this is a massive deal for me!). I left feeling so much happier and actually got into the car smiling and said to my husband what a great experience it was, and that was all thanks to Nadia’s fantastic patient care. The other staff I came into contact with were also very friendly and welcoming and the whole experience was great, 100% I would recommend this dentist to friends and family. My fear has definitely been lifted and I will have no problem going back in the future for my checkups now. If you’re terrified of the dentist like I was, this is definitely the place that can help you!

As a nervous patient, I can honestly say Barming Dental has been a lifesaver! After consulting with five other dentists, I finally felt at ease and in the best hands here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk team, Sonia and Leah, whose friendly professionalism put me at ease right away. I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years and have had excellent care. Paul and Di take great care of my teeth and are extremely professional. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. In between times, the hygienists also do a wonderful job too. And the receptionists, Sonia and Brooke, also complement the team by the warm welcomes and the prompt booking of my next appointment. 🤣 Keep up the good work.

Easy to book appointment. Friendly staff. Dentist gave a full explanation of her findings and my treatment options, with transparent pricing. No attempts were made to up sell anything, which is an irritating feature of some private practices. I will be using this service again.

I spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Sue today who was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to pass on how wonderful another receptionist named Tara was, along with my dentist Victoria and her assistant Kim. I was a little nervous about my appointment as I have neglected my teeth, but all 3 of these wonderful people made me feel at ease and comfortable. Victoria assured me that everything will be fine and genuinely cares, she was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this practice, full with fantastic, caring, wonderful and highly professional staff here. Exceptional Care and Compassion – Highly Recommend! As an exceptionally nervous patient with pre-existing health conditions, finding a dental practice that truly understands and accommodates my needs has always been a challenge. However, my experience with this practice has been nothing short of outstanding. Dr. Nandita is an absolute gem. She is incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process to ensure I feel comfortable and informed. Whether it’s a routine check-up or an emergency visit, I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. Her understanding and expertise have completely transformed my dental experience. I also want to give a special mention to Tara at reception. She is amazing—always so kind, friendly, and helpful. From answering questions to making appointments and even helping my twice with panic attacks (once on the phone and once in person) her warmth and efficiency truly make a difference and help ease my anxieties. I have honestly gone from being a patient who needed a prep-visit before appointments and a chaperone to being able to go in alone to have work done. That is something I never thought would ever happen and is directly connected to the team. I’ve visited three of their surgeries, and this one is by far the best. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and supportive environment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. Nandita has been my Dentist for over 10 years now. With her knowledge in her field, kind and gentle nature, I honestly can't recommend her enough! I have been rather naughty of late and not booked my routine Dental Check Up's. A tooth suddenly started to feel strange which prompted me to book an appointment. The lovely receptionist Tara was so helpful and able to book me an appointment the same week I called. I was feeling so anxious as I knew it had been almost 2 years since my last check up with her and of the potential problems that could have been detected/avoided sooner! Nandita put me at ease straight away, as she always does and we discussed my concerns. She thoroughly explained her findings to me including showing me an intra oral picture of the tooth I was worried about and showing me the routine xrays that were needed. On this occasion I was very lucky and no further treatment needed except a visit with the hygienist which I knew was well overdue too. I just got so busy with life that I ended up neglecting myself which could have resulted in a different story. Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. I booked My mother in law in this clinic and she has seen Gabriella, the hygienist, who was very gentle and patient. Her level of care went above and beyond.

I cannot fault the care and dedication by my dental surgeon without whom I would be in considerable pain and discomfort. He explains everything he is doing during my treatment and what could happen in the future. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the NHS!

Went to Hoo Dental this afternoon as my 11year old needed a simple procedure. He was extremely nervous about it. We were seen by Mr Sellers who I can't praise highly enough. Mr Sellers put my son at ease, explained everything to him in a wonderful way and got the job done quickly with no fuss. My son actually came out saying 'he is my favourite dentist and next time we go I want to have him'. My son HATES the dentists usually. Thank you so much for making the experience a positive one!

Lucy is the best hygienist I have ever visited & as a nervous patient, she has restored my ability to maintain regular appointments. I had my first visit to Hoo Dental Care, I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist, I’d been up since 5 am with anxiety about my appointment at 10.15 am. 1 upper wisdom tooth was extracted, 1 back upper tooth was extracted. All I can say is Mrs Harris and her team are fantastic and put me at ease all the way through. I didn’t feel any of the injections or the extractions. For any nervous patients, I would highly recommend Mrs Harris and her team. Full treatment plan given, I’m so pleased I’ve found this dental practice, pain-free.

She then guided us on what to communicate to the local doctors, and thankfully, her advice helped them accept the recommended course of treatment. My father’s recovery began almost immediately, reducing his severe pain by around 50%, and he continues to improve. I called Ashley Lupin to ask a few questions since I have not been to a dentist in a few years and was recommended this practice by friends. I am someone who gets nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist, hence why I have not attended in so long, and when on the phone the young lady (I believe her name was Charlotte) made me feel very calm and relaxed and answered all my questions and even said when I am ready to make an appointment and if she is in she’ll take special care of me and let other staff know about my nerves so they are aware and can make me feel relaxed and at ease. It was nice of Charlotte to go above and beyond for a potential patient, she didn’t need to at all. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Lovely ladies at the reception who always make me feel more at ease. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but throughout years of patience and reassurance from both the dentists and dental nurses I am much less fearful. Appointments are generally on time and the waiting area is comfortable. It's nice to listen to the radio whilst I am waiting for my appointment

I had a difficult extraction under sedation with Dr. Madi Rizal, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Dr. Rizal’s skill and calm demeanour put me completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous going in. She explained everything clearly beforehand, which made me feel reassured and prepared for the procedure. Her nurse, Emily, was equally wonderful – so kind, attentive, and calming. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Together, Dr. Rizal and Emily created such a warm, caring environment that I felt genuinely supported. I’m so grateful to both of them for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Amazing experience! I have extreme dental phobia due to past trauma and haven't previously been able to have an appointment with any dentist unsedated. But I lost a filling and broke my tooth this weekend and had to have an appointment to get it fixed. They got me in same day as when I called about it and were so lovely. They went at my own pace and walked me through each step as they went. It was my first ever positive experience at the dentist. Will be coming back any time I need treatment from now on.

I saw Stephanie, the hygienist yesterday, and she was brilliant. She talked me through the best treatment as I asked for an air flow but advised just a clean as my teeth did not have any staining. She really takes her time and talks to you whilst doing your teeth which is lovely. My clean was so good teeth look so lovely. Have to add the reception Staff as they are always so helpful and very friendly always greeted with a nice smile.

Victoria and her assistant were very efficient and professional. I have a phobia of dentistry work being carried out on me. So I was extremely hesitant about attending and anxious when I arrived. I have had plenty of poor experiences and can say if you're a nervous person. Head to this clinic. From start to finish, I was made to feel comfortable, made aware of the steps going forward and how they would be carried out. I never felt uncomfortable or under pressure with everything being explained. From their calm and professional manner I have felt compelled to leave this review as I ordinarily wouldn't. I had an excellent experience with dentist Victoria and her assistant Katie. I knew I was ignoring my teeth but didn’t realise I need couple of fillings and a good clean. Price was very good, treatment and advice was excellent. A lady from reception rang me that they haven’t seen me in three years and asked if I like to book an appointment. Thank you for calling me. Reception staff is very good, place is clean and the whole team is very friendly. Just read the other reviews and felt sad why I didn’t visit them before. Thanks Oradent team! Recommend 100%

This was my childhood dentist, as I was terrified as a kid and my parents chose this for a previous dentist who has since retired and had a 'child friendly' award. Safe to say she was fantastic. I moved away from the area around 8 years ago and subsequently changed dentists. Since then, I have gone through 4 different practices, all of whom have provided a bad service or recommended unnecessary procedures. Last year I made the decision to come back to the practice and drive the 1 hour (each way) journey to do so. It is so nice to be back at a practice who listen to their patients, are transparent in their recommendations, charge fairly and do not take advantage of the COVID-19 virus with upping their prices drastically. I would 100% recommened this dental practice.

So, I’ll start by saying I had a bad experience with a dentist about 13 years ago and never went since. It’s safe to say, I hate going to the dentist, it is completely my Achilles heel. So having said that, I needed to go to a dentist and opted to go private in the hope that I could avoid another traumatic experience, and I couldn’t be more pleased to say that Sarina is genuinely, the best dentist I have ever seen. Despite having a job on her hands that could probably be likened to the cleaning up of the collapsed wing of Notre Dam Cathedral, she managed to make this as discomfort free as could be possible and has gone above and beyond my expectations in every sense. I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed about the poor condition of my teeth and was given professional advice and reassurance throughout my trips and procedures here and I will add at a price that I feel is very reasonable and worth every penny. I cannot stress enough how good Sarina and the rest of the team has been despite me being probably quite an awkward client (did I mention I hate going to the dentist?). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, I’m so glad I went and will not be going anywhere else going forward (and regularly lol). Just fantastic. Thank you so much 🙂
