I dropped my bottom denture I the sink this morning(Sunday) and it broke in two,oh no what can I do on a Sunday,so I just looked on the internet,I thought I might get on appointment on Monday or Tuesday but no Gast Dental Repairs open Sunday so I rung,got an appointment for that morning.He mended them within 3/4 hour and very good work it was to.I recommend this company ,I will go back to him if I need to.

As an exceptionally nervous patient with pre-existing health conditions, finding a dental practice that truly understands and accommodates my needs has always been a challenge. However, my experience with this practice has been nothing short of outstanding. Dr. Nandita is an absolute gem. She is incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process to ensure I feel comfortable and informed. Whether it’s a routine check-up or an emergency visit, I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. Her understanding and expertise have completely transformed my dental experience. I also want to give a special mention to Tara at reception. She is amazing—always so kind, friendly, and helpful. From answering questions to making appointments and even helping my twice with panic attacks (once on the phone and once in person) her warmth and efficiency truly make a difference and help ease my anxieties. I have honestly gone from being a patient who needed a prep-visit before appointments and a chaperone to being able to go in alone to have work done. That is something I never thought would ever happen and is directly connected to the team. I’ve visited three of their surgeries, and this one is by far the best. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and supportive environment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. I have been a patient at Oradent for many years, all of the dentists are lovely and make you feel at ease as do the receptionists, all with a smile on their face's. I had to have two teeth removed at the front and have a new plate fitted, i was nervous and Kira explained everything and this made me feel at ease. The new plate with straight teeth and a colour match are excellent, for once i feel as though i can smile again and that is priceless.

Easy to book appointment. Friendly staff. Dentist gave a full explanation of her findings and my treatment options, with transparent pricing. No attempts were made to up sell anything, which is an irritating feature of some private practices. I will be using this service again.

Nandita has been my Dentist for over 10 years now. With her knowledge in her field, kind and gentle nature, I honestly can't recommend her enough! I have been rather naughty of late and not booked my routine Dental Check Up's. A tooth suddenly started to feel strange which prompted me to book an appointment. The lovely receptionist Tara was so helpful and able to book me an appointment the same week I called. I was feeling so anxious as I knew it had been almost 2 years since my last check up with her and of the potential problems that could have been detected/avoided sooner! Nandita put me at ease straight away, as she always does and we discussed my concerns. She thoroughly explained her findings to me including showing me an intra oral picture of the tooth I was worried about and showing me the routine xrays that were needed. On this occasion I was very lucky and no further treatment needed except a visit with the hygienist which I knew was well overdue too. I just got so busy with life that I ended up neglecting myself which could have resulted in a different story. Thank you so much again Nandita, Nurse Kim and Tara for looking after me and I will see you again in 6 months 😊

I spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Sue today who was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to pass on how wonderful another receptionist named Tara was, along with my dentist Victoria and her assistant Kim. I was a little nervous about my appointment as I have neglected my teeth, but all 3 of these wonderful people made me feel at ease and comfortable. Victoria assured me that everything will be fine and genuinely cares, she was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this practice, full with fantastic, caring, wonderful and highly professional staff here. I had an initial consultation/registration followed by a hygienist appointment a couple of weeks ago. The practice is lovely and from walking through the doors, it’s obvious it’s not your typical dentist! Remi, Zoe and the nurses were all so lovely and put me at ease straight away. Zoe managed to get all the staining off my teeth aswell in one session, which I really wasn’t expecting! I can’t recommend you enough! I look forward to coming back and starting my clear aligner journey with you soon!

As soon as we walked in we were amazed at how beautiful and calm the atmosphere was. The waiting area definitely has a wow factor! Brilliant service from reception, to the waiting room and the dentists (and dental nurses). Dr Aman and Amber are amazing and very professional.. I had braces to straighten my teeth. The whole process took just 9 months and I am so happy with the results. You learn more when things don't go to plan and a few times my brackets fell off or broke. I could email and they would fit me in asap to fix the problem. For the amount of hours of professional time you have throughout the process, makes the prices very reasonable. My only suggestion is to make the teeth whitening thats offered at the end of the treatment discounted for your clients. Have recommended to friends and family. The wife has already booked up!

I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.
