Originally went here when my usual MOT tester let me down by going sick. So after phoning around I found this guy who fitted me in same day! I have used him 3 times now and will not go anywhere else. He is really friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly trustworthy. This garage is a real gem and I am so happy to have stumbled on them. We need to use our local small businesses in order to keep them around or else be stuck with poor service and workmanship from the larger nationals.

Great service from Daryl. Drove from Essex to Higham, Kent due to recommendation and I was not disappointed. MOT & the odd bit of work doing to it. Reasonably priced and a very quick service. Would recommend to all local and out of town car owners who need ANYTHING doing.

I have been using ashford autos for quite some time, and when I got my honda civic type r I had no hesitation in getting him to put a new clutch and regular servicing on my pride and joy. He is a very knowledgeable mechanic and approachable man. He is one of the few people who will put himself out for you, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I have been using Ashford Autos for around 10 years now and felt compelled to write a review this evening, whenever I’ve called Lee it’s normally me saying something like “my car is making a banging sound” or “my car steering has gone hard”… Tuesday for once I called him and said my springs gone 🤣 feeling kind of like I had got to the route cause of the issue but my car was undrivable that I desperately needed for work, even though he was incredibly busy he stayed late tonight and got my car back on the road! I genuinely would never want to go anywhere else caring, quality exceptional service value every time! Thankyou!!

I came here originally a couple of years ago on the recommendation of a friend. I’ve had everything done from an alternator to and MOT etc. Lee is knowledgable and polite, the standard of work is absolutely spot on. I won’t even consider going anywhere else, to have anything done on my car. Lee gets the job done, and is priced extremely fair considering the brilliant quality of work.

I’ve used Lee a couple of times now. The first time he repaired and regassed my aircon and I’ve just used him again to perform a major service on my car. 100% will use again and thoroughly recommend. Been happy with all of Lee’s work, he completes a high standard of work on a quick turnaround and is very reasonably priced. I even had a fresh air freshener in my car when I collected it! :)!

Extremely friendly and helpful owners, and despite the fact that they are always busy they always remember my name. Once they actually got in touch with me because they had noticed one of my headlights was broken as I drove past. They go the extra 'mile' to sort out any problems and more often than not they can see you the next day.

Used them today to re gas my air con at short notice. Job done expertly. Also the mechanic spotted a potential issue with my alternator. Something I suspected but did not have the experience to diagnose myself. Many thanks.

My friend used a mobile mechanic to replace the front shock absorbers. Straight away afterwards the ABS light and 2 other lights came on the dashboard. After 3 return visits the mechanic failed to rectify the problem. The car was then taken to Bull lane garage. Within an hour of having the car the problem was found. They fixed the same day without any issues. They seemed to be a busy garage and it is understood why. If you need a job done properly then I will highly recommend this garage to everyone. Very professional and polite service. Thank you to all the staff 👏👏👏👏👏👍.

I am very happy to have found this garage and I would never consider taking a car anywhere else now. The staff are always friendly and professional and my car has had no major problems since it has been serviced here. They get it through the MOT year after year and I am usually presently surprised by the size of the bill. So I am paying less now than I used to and the car is running better and more reliably than before. Service is quick and friendly too so I really can't fault this place.

Full marks to Frank and the team. Kia had fault (suspension leaking) identified quickly which another garage had failed to diagnose. Parts ordered and fitted within a few days. Car feels 100% better to drive! Fair price too. Very impressed with service received so will continue to use BS Motors. Thanks!

The staff were very helpful. Drove in with a minor problem during thier lunch break. The mechanic stopped his lunch to have a look at my car and reassured me.The Receptionist were very polite and welcoming. Excellent customer service skills.

Great service! Rocked up on a Saturday without an appointment, with oil coming out the engine. Had no space at that point so got us back 90mins later. Rolled straight in, straight over the pit and had a look. Even though the engine bay was covered in oil, worked out quickly that it was the filter coming loose. Fixed there and then and said to get a change and clean in a few weeks. Can’t thank them enough and will be back for that oil change!

My 2004 Lexus is200se needed it's annual MOT, but mostly in London the minute you cross car repair/MOT thresholds the pound signs begin rolling in their eyes. The estimates they quote you are eye watering! I'm so glad I drove towards Swanscombe, the village I grew up in. May I salute Rob and his team for saving me a considerable sum of money to keep my Lexus on the road for another year. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused .‼️ The bad review was a full service and window wipers .She came into the garage requesting for her old wipers so the boys dug them out the bin to give to her . She then carried on saying they wasn't her old ones . They was hers as they was only ones in bin . She carried on coming in and making a scene . WE NEVER STOLE FROM YOU YOUR OLD WIPERS !! Our regular customers know what honest people we are and we would never steal from noone .

Absolutely flawless service today, had a tyre puncture 9AM and by 11AM the garage had completed a tyre puncture repair. Reliable service and competitive prices. 11/10 would recommend.
