We had a problem with lighting in our downstairs bathroom with the existing fitting tripping the consumer unit. Contacted Jackson Electricals and James was on the case immediately, arriving as he said he would at 9.00am the following morning. I cannot praise his work, attention to detail and prompt response too highly. James is the best electrician I’ve known since buying my first property in 1988. Jackson Electrical Services Ltd did a fantastic job of fixing a faulty cable in a difficult to access area of our kitchen, which was causing our circuit to trip. The whole process was so easy, with communication from James brilliant from the outset. He managed to squeeze us in during a very busy week and we couldn’t be more delighted with the thorough service, competitive prices and huge wealth of knowledge. Dr Riley and her team are absolutely excellent in all respects. The practice is run efficiently and staff are always welcoming and helpful. Dr Riley is thorough and highly knowledgeable as are the hygienists. She is also brilliant at putting my children at ease. Five star.

I have been with this dental practice from the start. Waiting room has a calm atmosphere The staff are very friendly and helpful. I visit hygienist every six month she is very caring and fully aware of my sensitive teeth. I have a check-up with Dorothy twice a year I love the way she explains everything so there are no surprises. This is by far the best private dental practice in Dover

I’ve been going to Dover Priory for a couple of years now, and all the dentist are amazing, my usual dentist is Dorothy however a couple of times I’ve had to see Theo and also Michael for some treatment. I’m not the biggest fan of dentist however both times I have seen either dentist, they have made me feel so at ease and also when having treatment it’s always been a pain free experience. I would highly recommend any of the dentist! Best dental practise in Dover

I've been going to Dover Priory Dental a few years now. I've always found it to be a very friendly and caring practice. All the dental staff are lovely and happy to answer any questions. I've had to have few fillings done, I'm not keen on them, but Dr. Dorothy Riley is great at making you feel at ease and reassures you throughout treatment. She is very professional in her work and I've never had a problem with any treatment she's carried out. I've also seen Christine, who is a Dental Hygienist and she's lovely too. I would highly recommend Dover Priory Dental.

Great service, very pleased. Turned up at the time and date they said, hit a few problems but didn't leave until the job was finished. Charged fairly for the work done. Daniel saved me from extreme dental pain following a botched root canal with a different practice while here on holiday. Absolutely wonderful team. Saw me at short notice in an emergency and saved me from a lot of pain. A very compassionate team and incredibly professional. Felt very well cared for. Reception staff were also wonderful. Couldn't have asked for better.

During the lockdown the worst happened and one morning I woke up with my front tooth cracked longways. Yeah...wasn't the best and I never had this before. I rang a few places quickly for advise but everyone was kinda rude and turned me away. Then close friends of mine suggested getting in touch with Stramongate Dental Surgery. It was the best choice I have ever made! Absolutely brilliant! The whole place is a great experience from start till finish. They were super nice to me on the phone and I could feel they really wanted to help. Then I met the rest of the team who are all very friendly. I had a check up and had my first tooth done. I just want to say wow! Daniel is not just a dentist. He gives me tons of advices based on my teeth all the time. I could also see my teeth on xray, photos which kinda made me more confident about myself. He didn't just do a simple filling. My tooth looks amazing and I feel happy to smile again. His quality of work is mind-blowing. It's a piece of art and you can tell he cares about his work so much. I told him he's like an architect. Just wanna say I have never experienced this before and I feel really looked after and welcomed.

Couldn't hope for a nicer dental practice. Really, let's face it no-one likes going to the dentist, but here it's almost a pleasant experience. All the staff are happy and fun, and still attentive and caring. I had a wedding coming up and had 6 weeks left when I decided my teeth seriously needed sorting. They managed to get me in for a total of 8 appointments and with a week to go I was done, happy with a decent smile again. They went well beyond the call for me. Thanks to the dentists and staff... James was originally asked to put up a few lights and sort out some switches. He was very professional, obviously a very experienced electrician and tidied up after himself. He also stayed longer than he planned so as to finish the job, due to my light fittings being faulty so I had to go back to the shop and replace them. Really nice guy and would highly recommend if you need an electrician.

First time visitor after requiring emergency treatment following a bad experience at an NHS dentist; 2 of my fillings needed removing and replacing. From the initial consult to the treatment I was thoroughly impressed! I was welcomed into the practice and everything was fully explained. The dentist was extremely reassuring, explained every step and was very gentle. He considered my previous reaction to the anaesthetic and made adjustments when it was required for the filling. Although I am now paying for private treatment over NHS, it is true that you get what you pay for. I felt in much safer, friendlier hands and will 100% be back for checkups and hygienist appointments. Thank you for making the experience more bearable!
