We needed a total rewire and new fuse box in our home. We was quoted a VERY reasonable price, also he was courteous and once the job was completed he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend Jackson’s Electrics.

Jon has rewired and replaced all internal lighting and upgraded sockets. He installed a new socket for electronics halfway down a wall for my TV. He installed outside electric wire to an outbuilding with multiple sockets. He is easy to communicate, friendly and very reliable. I would recommend him and look forward to using his services in the future.

I had a major power outage, and had no idea what to do, I was recommended Jackson’s Electrics from a colleague of mine, he responded to my text within minutes (amazing) we then spoke about the issue he managed to squeeze me in the same day. He came round and sorted everything out for me instantly. Such a friendly and welcoming person. Was comfortable letting him into my house. I would highly recommend Jackson’s Electrics!! I haven’t had a power issue since! Absolute life saver! Very happy with the service and cost!

On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Darren the electrician arrived presenting himself in a calm and professional manner, he was very helpful and knowledgeable taking time to ask questions about our specific requirements, custom design and providing a completion timescale. Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental. Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

TH Electrical are first rate professionals that not only completed the initial network wiring project to connect 6 externally mounted Ethernet cameras, 2 internally mounted Wifi Access Points, and 2 power sockets exactly as spec'd. ... but wait, there's more...they did not hesitate when the scope was expanded to include the installation of 10 recessed lights along with dimmers that replaced pendant lamps in 3 rooms. All of the work was accomplished in one, albeit long day with grace, tidiness, and attention to detail that I've rarely seen. The network termination area shown in the photo below did not exist until it was created by TH Electrical. It also supported the Internet fiber connection equipment. Brilliant!

Having used Luke previously for a small job, when I needed a Hot Tub installed, there was only one call to make! Sadly, Luke, who had been magnificent previously, was going on holiday (how inconsiderate, I should knock a star off for that alone :-)), he arranged for Charlie to visit and do the job. Charlie was everything you want from a tradesman, arrived on time, honest, well presented, friendly, explained in great detail what he was going to be doing and why he was going to be doing it. Overcame a few challenges quickly while again, explaining every step of the way. Cleaned up after himself and left the job looking good. I would recommend TH Electrical to anyone! We have been struggling with our kitchen sink blocking for a long time with nothing able to fix it until we called Colin. He has gone above and beyond, taking out the whole pipe section and visiting over multiple days to avoid disrupting the kids sleep. Colin Jackson, plumber, came to my rescue today and fixed my downstairs WC which had been out of use for some time - brilliant, lovely to have the WC back in use. He also provided good advice about getting a professional washing machine repair person in to sort out the waste pipe which had a number of smallish holes/leaks) and for the dishwasher washer (waste pipe holes/leaks). Colin very kindly carried out temporary repairs on the many leaks in the washing machine waste pipe so at least I can now use the washing machine once again. Colin was really friendly, completely professional and when finished he cleaned up the work area beautifully. I can most highly recommend Colin as an expert plumber.
