“Nice and friendly staff are amazing and very helpful. I had an issue with my steak and they sorted it out quickly. The atmosphere is nice. Parking at the rear but there is also a free car park opposite.”

This is a proper village pub! Popped in for Sunday lunch after a good walk. We were warmly welcomed by the lady behind the bar, always a good start. We had two courses for £18, prawn cocktail (very good!) and chicken roast, also excellent. We had dogs with us so sat in the garden but inside was spacious and comfortable. This place is a little gem, they’re very dog friendly too. All round, a thoroughly enjoyable visit, will be back.

Another great meal at this beautiful village pub. Super food and staff go above and beyond, although it was very busy and short staffed, our evening was still made special - the barman was very attentive to us and always wore a smile. Highly recommend a visit for some good food, drinks and atmosphere :)
