Harry & his Dad Les fitted our new kitchen to an excellent standard, we are so happy with the end result! While on the job Harry helped us resolve a number of unforeseen issues, always with a friendly and professional approach. He was responsive to our last minute decision changes, even moving things around in his diary to accommodate for us.. and giving up his Saturday after a mistake that was entirely my fault put him back a day. He also didn’t seem to mind my constant questions! Would happily recommend Harry and would use his company again for future house renovations.

Harry lives up to the name of his business "Harry's trusted home improvements". Harry stripped out our old kitchen and fitted new kitchen. He was punctual and would work out any problems he came across, he worked closely with the kitchen suppliers chasing up any issues. Harry also sourced and arranged all electrical work with an electrician. Harry worked through the weekend to get job completed due to his assistant being ill. I would highly recommend Harry for any home improvement work you may have.

Found Foords very helpful, when needed a new washing machine. The make we wanted was not in stock when ordered on Friday but was delivered by Euronics at St Marys Bay on Monday and was then delivered to use in the afternoon. Friendly and knowledgeable regarding products.

Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Screwfix. Needed a last minute piece for a plumbing job and the staff were outstanding and really went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. The shop floor was clean and tidy and the staff full of friendly smiles. Strongly recommend this shop. Even got invited to upgrade to TradePlus for my business which has the unique perks of donuts and coffees. Couldn't be happier. Thank you all the staff in New Romney. Really handy having a Screwfix in New Romney, literally everything you need on your doorstep, even better they're open late till 8pm weekdays. Traders, come and see Claire or Suzy on trade side for Tea & Coffee whenever you want, even donuts on a Wednesday! Located on Mountfield industrial estate, right at the bottom, next to Howdens.

I have used Relay at 5 different properties - varying roles, from running electrics round the garden for lighting and hot tubs, full re wires and then changing lights and moving sockets and switches. They always turn up when they say they are normally with a Text message reminder sent the day before arrival ,nothing is any hassle ( even if the plans / design change our end ) and all always polite and professional. I never hesitate to pass on their details to friends and family and everyone has the same view! I have dealt with alot of electricians in my time and these guys can do the lot. Also good in ‘urgent’ cases for my tenanted properties - they can always juggle something to get someone back on supply or to fix a fault So I will always recommend Relay to anyone

3 Phase provided an all-round service in a very old house that was being completely renovated. The company attended promptly, gave quick quotes and kept me informed of the work's progress as it went along. Chris did some work for me with which I was very pleased. As importantly he was calm , pleasant and committed to doing a good job throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending him for any electrical work. Chris then came back and fixed some fire alarms for me and checked some concerns regarding a burglar issue. Again no issue, pleasant punctual and professional and charged fairly . Refreshing to have a person do some work for a fair price in professional manner. Recommended.
