I was due to go away on a 10 day holiday and two hours before departure a tooth came out! Disaster loomed! But no, Atkinson Brignall reception immediately found me an appointment time 20 minutes later. I arrived, with tooth in hand, and after a rapid examination of the problem, my dentist Jay took action. Without doubt this is a quality caring dentist, from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the warm reception team I have just finished my invisline treatment, it was so much easier and quicker than I thought it would be , it was followed by teeth whitening and 2 porcelain veneers on my front teeth. This was all completed in under eleven Months and carried out by the very skilled caring Ian Brignall. My smile is now transformed giving confidence. I am so pleased I made the decision to have this procedure carried out , it was well worth it Thankyou Ian !

Dr Patel and team were extremely kind, sensitive and respectful of my younger oneās moods and feelings, they didnāt give him any pressure during his first ever dental check up to ensure it remained a positive experience throughout. They also encouraged my son to come back on a visit when my daughter was having her teeth filled, he became much more comfortable with being at the dentist and was able to cooperate with the team to finish his dental assessment. The green dinosaur in the examinations room and the kids exploration dentist room (the one next to reception) was also very helpful in terms of getting my kids calm and ready for their appointment. Would definitely recommend this dental practice for young kids. Not to mention that my daughter was also at ease when she had her fillings done due to how friendly the staff were.

I have just finished having my teeth straightened by Ian Brignall using Invisalign. I cannot recommend him more highly. Ian has done an amazing job, I am so pleased with my results. The whole practice is lovely, a team of helpful and friendly receptionists, amazing kids play room which was a real help when I had to bring my 1 yr old and 4 yr old to some appointments. We will all be continuing to see Ian Brignall for our regular check ups. My children are already excited for their next visit!

The reception team, dentist and dental nurse were all warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The practise was clean and modern with lots of information accessible about what treatments are available there. I particularly appreciated the dental nurse checking I was ok throughout my procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) and the dentist explaining what to expect as he went along. I probably could score Stradbrook full marks if I wasn't still experiencing some of the swelling and pain I was, in fairness, warned about.

Anna Pergamalian was very helpful and patient in explaining her treatment plan at all stages of it. Her and her assistants were mindful of my comfort through some lengthy sessions in the chair! She took time to explain what was happening at every stage. I am very pleased with the results.

After a lifetime of dental fear ( Iām age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely amazing care was taken and my tooth was rebuilt. Iām almost looking forward to my next appointment. A truly professional practice, thank you so much.

The procedure involved the removal of two large double teeth at the back of my gums. I was slightly nervous ahead of the appointment but all went extremely well with no pain, good communication during and excellent advice regarding after care within my mouth.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do whatās needed to get us both through to the end.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I required a dental implant for a front tooth and decided to ask Dr. Rahul to give me some honest advice. This he did with professional and practical examples. A completely different experience of a visit to the dentist! This practice is welcoming, friendly and sensitive to how people might be feeling - this is how every visit feels at Rustall Dental Practice. Don't be surprised by the size - itās a small terraced house but it is immaculate, is fully equipped and offers the full range of dental services. I would describe the whole team - receptionist, nurse, hygeinist and the dentist as warmly professional and completely focused on what the client needs. I had a lengthy treatment, and throughout I was reassured, given time for a break and informed of what was happening (sparing me of the details). Throughout I watched a wildlife view screen projected on the ceiling. I felt relaxed and secure, and my treatment was completed to a very high standard. I was really pleased with the whole experience. I should add that, like many, a trip to the dentist fills me with anxiety but can honestly say that this has changed. Well done to the whole team!

I canāt recommend this dentist enough, I was really scared of having a wisdom tooth removal after a previous bad experience but the dentist helped put me at ease with his kindness and humour. I unfortunately ended up with an infection but the after care has been amazing with the dentist making time to see me quickly and treating me appropriately. The surgery has a homely feel that instantly puts you at ease with a lovely receptionist who takes fantastic care of you. 10/10 highly recommend.

First class dentist - he had my wisdom tooth out in minutes. I was seen really quickly and x-ray plus extraction all done at the surgery unlike my current NHS practice which would have had to send me to Pembury for the x-ray and to another site for the extraction for double the cost and a much longer wait. Many thanks to Cheryll the receptionist who puts you at ease- I wouldnāt go anywhere else when you have an issue or an emergency. Highly recommend.

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)
