Kent Smile Studio (Maidstone) provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend. Having Dentophobia and avoiding dentist for years, I can honestly say I feel much more at ease here. In particular, Dr Melody Prado is incredibly professional, supportive, and makes you feel comfortable at all times. My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I am currently being treated by Milan, and he is always attentive, thorough and patiently explains every step of any procedures that I may have to have and makes me very comfortable and at ease with everything. I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I required a dental implant for a front tooth and decided to ask Dr. Rahul to give me some honest advice. This he did with professional and practical examples. So I decided to go ahead and have the implant. The best thing I ever did! I now have a smile to die for. I ask friends and family which tooth is the new implant, not many guess the correct one. I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Today I saw Dr Soja Jose who has has taken over following Nelis’s retirement. Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. The reception team, dentist and dental nurse were all warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The practise was clean and modern with lots of information accessible about what treatments are available there. I particularly appreciated the dental nurse checking I was ok throughout my procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) and the dentist explaining what to expect as he went along. I probably could score Stradbrook full marks if I wasn't still experiencing some of the swelling and pain I was, in fairness, warned about.

After a lifetime of dental fear ( I’m age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely amazing care was taken and my tooth was rebuilt. I’m almost looking forward to my next appointment. A truly professional practice, thank you so much.

The procedure involved the removal of two large double teeth at the back of my gums. I was slightly nervous ahead of the appointment but all went extremely well with no pain, good communication during and excellent advice regarding after care within my mouth.

Dr Patel has always been very professional and has explained in detail all required procedures. I had a root canal procedure on an existing root canal treated tooth which also had a crown. In the end all was done to my satisfaction. I know very few people who enjoy the dentist but my experience was great. I do also enjoy the option of comminicating and making appointments on WhatsApp.

I am truly amazed by how welcoming and friendly everyone is when interacting with customers. A huge shout out to the reception team! Lovely dental practise, I always see Nayan Patel and he is always very friendly and provides a good service. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have been able to provide one on the same day and provide the relevant treatment e.g. filling at that appointment. I have recently had my first baby and was worried about taking him with me to the dentist, the whole team was so lovely and when he got a little upset whilst I was having a filling a lovely dental nurse came to soothe him. Highly recommend.

I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward.
