I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. I've been a patient at the Kent SMILE branch in Chatham, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The practice is spotless and modern, and the staff are incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. My dentist, Milda, is exceptionally professional and talented. I recently had composite bonding done on my front teeth, and the results are outstanding. My teeth look fantastic!

Went to these lovely people today had my wisdom tooth taken out. Not going to lie I was petrified, these guys completely understood didn’t rush me at all they are amazing people very welcoming. Dr Morenas is a brilliant dentist. I had an emergency appointment and because I am so impressed I shall be returning. He explained everything and I had a pain free visit. Although I am not afraid of dentists, I would imagine that his manner would put even the most anxious patient at ease.

So I decided to go ahead and have the implant. The best thing I ever did! I now have a smile to die for. I ask friends and family which tooth is the new implant, not many guess the correct one. I’m been under Dr Nelis du Plessis’s excellent dental care since he arrived some 25 ago and the practice has always been meticulously run. Today I saw Dr Soja Jose who has has taken over following Nelis’s retirement. I have absolutely no doubt for my future care here and am so pleased to recommend Suja and the efficient and kind practice.

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. After a lifetime of dental fear ( I’m age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely amazing care was taken and my tooth was rebuilt. I’m almost looking forward to my next appointment. A truly professional practice, thank you so much.

Anna Pergamalian was very helpful and patient in explaining her treatment plan at all stages of it. Her and her assistants were mindful of my comfort through some lengthy sessions in the chair! She took time to explain what was happening at every stage. I am very pleased with the results.

The reception team, dentist and dental nurse were all warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The practise was clean and modern with lots of information accessible about what treatments are available there. I particularly appreciated the dental nurse checking I was ok throughout my procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) and the dentist explaining what to expect as he went along. I probably could score Stradbrook full marks if I wasn't still experiencing some of the swelling and pain I was, in fairness, warned about.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

Excellent care from start to finish. After seeing my concerned facebook post about my daughter, Anita took the time to message me, offer advice, and reassure me. We were booked in quickly, and Anita made my daughter feel so comfortable. A tooth extraction is never enjoyable but this was pain free and super quick. 100% recommend. The dental assistant was so kind and great at distracting my daughter. Fantastic service.
