Finished my treatment at Portman today after 2 years and Leigh has been so helpful in the last couple of weeks helping get to the end. Rachel has been so patient throughout the duration of my treatment.

As always everyone at Portman was extremely friendly and helpful in organising a very quick replacement of some retainers, including re-scans, within a week. Excellent service all round.

Dr Morenas is a brilliant dentist. I had an emergency appointment and because I am so impressed I shall be returning. He explained everything and I had a pain free visit. Although I am not afraid of dentists, I would imagine that his manner would put even the most anxious patient at ease.

I just had the most incredible experience - I am so happy! Dr Hamsa made me feel so comfortable. She spoke clearly and softly and explained everything she was going to do before doing it. I am thrilled with the result and so thankful to her and Claire for making me feel comfortable. I am more confident with my smile and I can honestly say I enjoyed my trip to the dentist! This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. I have been going to Dr Kay in Rusthall Dental Practise for many years. In the past 8 months, I have been seen them frequently for Invisalign’s fitting, scans etc. I could not praise the team more (including receptionist Cheryll), as they have been treating me ‘above & beyond’!! Super friendly and professional.

First class dentist - he had my wisdom tooth out in minutes. I was seen really quickly and x-ray plus extraction all done at the surgery unlike my current NHS practice which would have had to send me to Pembury for the x-ray and to another site for the extraction for double the cost and a much longer wait. Many thanks to Cheryll the receptionist who puts you at ease- I wouldn’t go anywhere else when you have an issue or an emergency. Highly recommend.

A completely different experience of a visit to the dentist! This practice is welcoming, friendly and sensitive to how people might be feeling - this is how every visit feels at Rustall Dental Practice. Don't be surprised by the size - it’s a small terraced house but it is immaculate, is fully equipped and offers the full range of dental services. I would describe the whole team - receptionist, nurse, hygeinist and the dentist as warmly professional and completely focused on what the client needs. I had a lengthy treatment, and throughout I was reassured, given time for a break and informed of what was happening (sparing me of the details). Throughout I watched a wildlife view screen projected on the ceiling. I felt relaxed and secure, and my treatment was completed to a very high standard. I was really pleased with the whole experience. I should add that, like many, a trip to the dentist fills me with anxiety but can honestly say that this has changed. Well done to the whole team!

Since joining Hartley Dental Practice I had treatment on my teeth and the dentist was very friendly, gentle, explained everything and made sure i was comfortable throughout. It was a very positive experience and i have now moved my kids to this practice also. Very happy.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

Lovely dental practise, I always see Nayan Patel and he is always very friendly and provides a good service. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have been able to provide one on the same day and provide the relevant treatment e.g. filling at that appointment. I have recently had my first baby and was worried about taking him with me to the dentist, the whole team was so lovely and when he got a little upset whilst I was having a filling a lovely dental nurse came to soothe him. Highly recommend.

The dentist I've had for the past 12 months is honestly the best dentist I've ever had. And I'll be honest I never leave reviews for anything. Her attention to detail is 10/10 and she always has the time to explain in full detail what is good and bad. My dentist is a very competent and kind individual. The dentist practise you don't have to fear going to. I have always had a fear of the dentist, and the hygienist. I was in pain, got an emergency appointment and I was told it was a bacteria build up, they had a hygienist appointment available straight away so went in, nervous as anything. But oh my the the hygienist was the best I have ever had, she was very attentive to my fear and helped me be more calm and comfortable. She was so kind and as gentle as possible, if this was my first hygiene appointment, I wouldn't know what all the fuss was about. I booked my return appointment happily to see her. Best ever 👌. Also the lovely lady behind the desk was so very pleasant and genuine, it's refreshing to see. Wish I joined this dentist years go. Keep up the amazing work.

Private tooth implant excellent so far ! Cant wait for tooth everything explained well. Little concerned about gum reduction on tooth next to implant but reassured it will get better. Not as painful as i first thought!

I became a patient here when they first started purely out of convenience as I worked on the same business park. I've stayed because I've always been happy with the service and attention I've received. Parking is easy. Pleasant surroundings. The surgery is fairly small and most treatment rooms are upstairs. I have had quite a few dentists over time - but all have been pleasant and helpful. It has never been a problem to me.
