As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

This was my first visit to Jade Dental Practice, firstly I was impressed by the how clean the reception area was of their Ashford branch, also their reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had to have my teeth cleaned, it’s never a pleasure to visit the dentist, however I was lucky enough to have the treatment carried out by Jodie, straightaway Jodie put me at ease and explained the process and what would be involved, Jodie was very chatty and made me forget that I was at a dentist which is an amazing feeling when a visit to the Denist can be a quite daunting experience. Jodie talked me through the process at every stage and was always checking to make sure I was ok, Jodie had a lovely caring side to her, but came across very professional, I felt I was in very safe hands. I would certainly recommend Jade Dental Practice, I will certainly be returning back to this practice in the future when I require further treatment.

I cant recommend Jade Dental enough. After a very bad experience at another dentist Adil at Jade took me on to finish my invisalign journey when other dentists wouldn't. He was extremely professional, explained everything, was great at keeping in touch and making the process as seamless as possible resulting in me getting my desired results. Because of him and how helpful even the receptionists were I also booked a hygienist appointment at jade over my regular dentist and she was fantastic also. So thorough and taught me a lot so all in all a fantastic dental practice cant recommend enough so thank you guys!

I saw Adil yesterday and he was so helpful. I had been in a lot of pain with my tooth, he explained my options and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. I was nervous as I was having an extraction, but Adil made me feel at ease and it was over a lot quicker than i expected. I would recommend Jade Dental Practice if you want a caring yet professional service.

I have been a patient with Jade Dental Practice for many years, it is a friendly, relaxed practice and I have always had excellent experiences. My regular Dentist left and Adil has replaced her. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, but after my first visit I left feeling extremely confident. Adil was outstanding, informative and thorough. He advised me that I would need a crown. Throughout the treatment and procedure that was required he clearly explained what he was going to do and you feel like you’re in good hands. I am very impressed with the quality of treatment and service. Overall experience was great too - friendly and helpful reception staff. I would highly recommend Jade Dental Practice.

I had such a lovely experience at Jade Dental this morning, and every time I go. Reception staff are warm and friendly. Afshan is a brilliant dentist and today took extra time with me and did an extra xray to allay my fears of decay lurking inside a tooth she pretty much rebuilt for me last year. Always very kind and caring. I have also had hygiene appointments with Jodie and Suzy both are excellent hygienists. I take both of my children to Jade Dental too and have always had positive experiences. Thank so much Jade Dental!!

My wife and I went for a assessment for Denplan which was just £45 .00 each. This was a thorough examination and 2 xrays. Judy our dentist explained everything as she carried out the examination and put me and my wife at ease, very professional and friendly as was the receptionist. We have now found our dentist.

Had an appointment yesterday 3/10/24 The receptionist were very polite and kept me informed as Robert Banks was running behind. Wasn’t a problem the attention I received was absolutely brilliant from Robert he actually sat down and explained what treatment he thought I would need in the future. Absolutely lovely man couldn’t have wished for better. I’ve been going to Singleton dentist for years I normally see mrs J .Peirson Webber but at the moment she is undergoing hospital treatment I wish her a speedy recovery as over the years she has really looked after me for which I really appreciate. Doctor Sunuka makes us both very welcome, asks about the family and is prepared to listen. I joined Repton Dental practice in the Summer this year and had a very thorough check up carried out by the dentist. I never liked going to the dentist and avoided it for a while until now when a tooth started causing me a lot of pain. I found this dentist and saw the positive reviews so decided to go with them, it was the best decision. Everyone here were so calming and nice, they got me an appointment same day with no issue. The dentist could tell i was nervous and was so informative and reassuring. I don't think I've ever left the dentist smiling before especially after an extraction. I will definitely be back for my check ups now, thank you for being so kind and caring.

So coming from North Devon to take the tunnel ferry to Calais on the next day we went to the pharmacy shop in Tesco where one of the employees recommended your practice. My wife and I were recommended to Easysmile after some years of less than effective dental care. The practice in Shadoxhurst is in the style of a stylish clinic - clean and tidy with a restful colour scheme. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming with a reassuring efficiency. Our first appointments were with Ash, the dental surgeon for an in-depth assessment. Ash is an extremely professional and authoritative dental surgeon. For those with an aversion to dentistry, his practise methods are a revelation, with an innate ability to reassure and explain in detail every aspect of treatment. Indeed, the level of care at Easysmile is exemplary. Easysmile is a private practice, so there is a cost factor to be considered. However, I had a complete course of treatment that should comfortably see me through the next few years, all for the price of a decent 2 weeks holiday. Money well spent and my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Easysmile. Many thanks to Ash and the team.

After decades of issues with front teeth due to a trauma, Ben helped with front teeth with implants and bridge. Would highly recommend, Ben is very precise and would recommend. Fantastic work from Ben (and his colleagues at easysmile). I will be remaining with easysmile for future work/general check ups/hygienist. And I might start smiling more often now :-)

EasySmile Ashford have been excellent throughout my course of treatments, from the welcome at reception on arrival, in the modern clean and bright waiting area, to the professional dental attention received from Ben, my lovely dentist and his assistant. I initially had a free consultation, followed by several procedures which were all thoroughly explained to me. I felt very at ease whilst in the dentist’s chair (almost falling asleep on one occasion, I felt so comfortable!) I always left the practice feeling satisfied with the excellent service provided and would absolutely recommend to others, even if they are a bit worried about visiting a dentist in general, EasySmile is the best I’ve ever visited, I will certainly be returning in the future.

I went to Dr Priya after seeing how natural her photos looked. I had Botox and lip fillers during my appointment. Both Dr Priya and Louisa were so lovely and reassuring. They spent time talking through the results I wanted and planning how to achieve them before starting. Everything was talked through with me during the works being carried also and I am so happy with the results. My lips look fuller, with a defined Cupid’s bow and the results enhance my features naturally. My smile lines (crows feet) and forehead are smooth and symmetrical and feel years have been taken off me. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else now. I would recommend Dr Priya to anyone looking for a professional, friendly atmosphere to gain natural but positive results.

As someone who is terrified of needles and injections, I was extremely nervous on the day. But the ladies greeted me and made me feel welcome from the get-go! They numbed my lips and the chair was so comfy! I could have fallen asleep; I felt nothing at all! Dr Priya was so gentle, warm and chatty! I will definitely be returning! Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.
