So coming from North Devon to take the tunnel ferry to Calais on the next day we went to the pharmacy shop in Tesco where one of the employees recommended your practice. We were very happy you medicated Sandra and released her pain. After taking the antibiotica the inflammation went down and the dentist will have another look next week. My experience at Starlite Dental Practice was great. I felt entirely at ease as soon as I walked in the door. The staff are all incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I was given plenty of advice and my examination was very thorough. I am very pleased to have found such a wonderful Practice.

I never liked going to the dentist and avoided it for a while until now when a tooth started causing me a lot of pain. I found this dentist and saw the positive reviews so decided to go with them, it was the best decision. Everyone here were so calming and nice, they got me an appointment same day with no issue. The dentist could tell i was nervous and was so informative and reassuring. I don't think I've ever left the dentist smiling before especially after an extraction. I joined Repton Dental practice in the Summer this year and had a very thorough check up carried out by the dentist. I recently had a hygienist appointment and was very impressed by the detailed information she gave me as well as the excellent care and attention. It is also much more cost effective than my previous dentist.

I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! My wife and I were recommended to Easysmile after some years of less than effective dental care. The practice in Shadoxhurst is in the style of a stylish clinic - clean and tidy with a restful colour scheme. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming with a reassuring efficiency. Our first appointments were with Ash, the dental surgeon for an in-depth assessment. Ash is an extremely professional and authoritative dental surgeon. For those with an aversion to dentistry, his practise methods are a revelation, with an innate ability to reassure and explain in detail every aspect of treatment. Indeed, the level of care at Easysmile is exemplary. Easysmile is a private practice, so there is a cost factor to be considered. However, I had a complete course of treatment that should comfortably see me through the next few years, all for the price of a decent 2 weeks holiday. Money well spent and my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Easysmile. Many thanks to Ash and the team.

After decades of issues with front teeth due to a trauma, Ben helped with front teeth with implants and bridge. Would highly recommend, Ben is very precise and would recommend. Fantastic work from Ben (and his colleagues at easysmile). I will be remaining with easysmile for future work/general check ups/hygienist. And I might start smiling more often now :-)

EasySmile Ashford have been excellent throughout my course of treatments, from the welcome at reception on arrival, in the modern clean and bright waiting area, to the professional dental attention received from Ben, my lovely dentist and his assistant. I initially had a free consultation, followed by several procedures which were all thoroughly explained to me. I felt very at ease whilst in the dentist’s chair (almost falling asleep on one occasion, I felt so comfortable!) I always left the practice feeling satisfied with the excellent service provided and would absolutely recommend to others, even if they are a bit worried about visiting a dentist in general, EasySmile is the best I’ve ever visited, I will certainly be returning in the future.

I had such a lovely experience at Jade Dental this morning, and every time I go. Reception staff are warm and friendly. Afshan is a brilliant dentist and today took extra time with me and did an extra xray to allay my fears of decay lurking inside a tooth she pretty much rebuilt for me last year. Always very kind and caring. I have also had hygiene appointments with Jodie and Suzy both are excellent hygienists. I have been a patient with Jade Dental Practice for many years, it is a friendly, relaxed practice and I have always had excellent experiences. My regular Dentist left and Adil has replaced her. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, but after my first visit I left feeling extremely confident. Adil was outstanding, informative and thorough. He advised me that I would need a crown. Throughout the treatment and procedure that was required he clearly explained what he was going to do and you feel like you’re in good hands. I saw Adil yesterday and he was so helpful. I had been in a lot of pain with my tooth, he explained my options and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. I was nervous as I was having an extraction, but Adil made me feel at ease and it was over a lot quicker than i expected. This was my first visit to Jade Dental Practice, firstly I was impressed by the how clean the reception area was of their Ashford branch, also their reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had to have my teeth cleaned, it’s never a pleasure to visit the dentist, however I was lucky enough to have the treatment carried out by Jodie, straightaway Jodie put me at ease and explained the process and what would be involved, Jodie was very chatty and made me forget that I was at a dentist which is an amazing feeling when a visit to the Denist can be a quite daunting experience. Jodie talked me through the process at every stage and was always checking to make sure I was ok, Jodie had a lovely caring side to her, but came across very professional, I felt I was in very safe hands. I would certainly recommend Jade Dental Practice, I will certainly be returning back to this practice in the future when I require further treatment.

Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed.
