Lewis came to our rescue when our front door lock jammed with us stuck outside. He was quick to respond, polite and professional. He was reasonably priced and also gave us some helpful advice for the future. If you need a locksmith I would highly recommend giving Lewis a call.

My bathroom window would not close which meant we could not leave the house until it was resolved. I contacted Scott and he immediately knew what the problem was. Brilliant service from a genuine and lovely chap. Mum called me in a panic as she couldn’t get her garage door open. Living 100 miles away this wasn’t ideal! I found Maidstone locksmiths and the reviews looked good so gave John a call. He arrived at mums in twenty minutes. Identified and sorted the problem and his charge was so reasonable considering it was a Saturday. Would definitely recommend him. Mum said he was such a lovely man. Had a problem with my front door lock, Messaged Paul and he responded instantly, gave me such great information and options over the phone as he knew what the exact fault was, It shows how honest Paul is because he advised me I didn’t need to go for the most expensive option and the cheaper option would work just as well. Excellent service from Paul when I managed to lock us out this evening. Answered his phone very quickly and with a few simple questions worked out the type of lock we had. Paul then came out really quickly and managed to get us in within minutes of arriving. Extremely friendly with very reasonable prices. I contacted Paul as my front door wasn't latching shut properly. He came to take a look the same day, and explained clearly both the problem and my options, including costs. And having sourced the replacement lock we agreed on, he returned and installed it a few days later. Matt was prompt, professional and a master in his field. I would not hesitate in recommending Kent Auto Keys! My keys went missing at the weekend and it was the only key I had for a W204 C Class Mercedes. Main Dealer price for replacement key was way over Kent Auto Keys and they expected me to get the car to them. Extremely friendly and helpful chap on the phone who was able to book me in for the same week to attend to a door that wouldn’t lock. Mikey, the chap that did the call out was equally friendly, and was courteous and efficient in his work. He pulled the lock apart and found a wayward screw jammed in the mechanism, fixed it, and put everything back together in the time it took me to fold a load of laundry. He also did a tune up of the other door we had which was working fine, but is now even better. I would not hesitate to use him again, though I hope I will not need to!

We’ve just moved into a new home and wanted our front door locks replace so we wanted a local locksmith and we found A Short locksmith who was brilliant from the start sent a email saying what we wanted and got a reply straight away. Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.

I lost my only car key to my Ford fiesta. I rang PRO AUTO LOCKSMITH 🚘 They were very professional from the moment that they answered the phone. 5 star service from Harry at Cutting Edge. Arrived the morning after we moved in to change 4 locks. Plus he was able to sort out a French door that we just could not get open. He charged a total of £140 including labour and he was with us for about 90 minutes. He returned a few days later to fix the seal on one of our windows that was letting in draught and traffic noise. Harry is a great young business owner and he has our full recommendation 👍👍
