I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Excellent service, prompt and very courteous too. ♡♡

As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. Dr Sofia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and provide detailed answers to my many questions. Lilly was also helpful and knowledgable . A wonderful team and very thorough. Your approach made a big difference to my visit/experience. Thank you 😁.

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

I recently had an appointment with my dental hygienist, Hayley Johnson, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is incredibly professional and clearly knows her stuff. During the cleaning, she took the time to explain each step, making me feel comfortable and informed. Amir is an excellent dentist. He is kind and caring and very good at putting patients at ease. I trust his judgement on treatment options and am always impressed with the treatment I’ve had. The treatment rooms are well equipped and immaculate. The receptionist is always so welcoming and accommodating with appointment times. I would highly recommend this dentist and practice.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Angelo for a dental procedure at Kent Smile Studio, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. I keep moving forward with Roma, she is skilled and amazing. See you soon, hope you noticed the squeeze ball survived my dental surgery 👌

I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

What an amazing dental practice. Always professional with a very friendly atmosphere. Recently I have been seeing Dr Wally who I cannot speak highly enough about. A top professional and an absolute gentleman who immediately puts you at ease and explains everything in plain English. Chopra dental surgery is the best dentist I have used . I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to going to the dentist but the dentist at Chopra shows empathy to me. She takes her time allowing me to have a break during treatment should I feel I need it. She is also very friendly and very personable.

1st class! I had a broken tooth at the back of my mouth so I was very worried about extraction. I had no need to worry. The receptionist was very polite. I was quickly put at ease and the extraction was quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

Called the Ashford branch and the receptionist was brilliant maybe her name was glen or Glenys. Bubbly friendly and most importantly extremely helpful. Booked an appointment. Like many I'm not the biggest fan of dentists but the dentist I had put me at ease was very professional and mad me feel relaxed. Would recommend this practice

Gareth and Carly did a fantastic job on my daughters teeth, we are so pleased with the results and the service received during her time as their patient. They're both so personable and friendly which always put her at ease and customer service was always excellent they were so accommodating fitting her in if they had cancellations really sped the whole process up . Her teeth were really crooked when we started and as a teen girl she felt insecure of smiling.The results are just amazing she has a beautiful smile and is really happy. This place is my dentist. I am satisfied with it here. My dentist is good, he gets to the point and does what he needs to do.. My hygienist is also brilliant and very friendly and seems to do a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are good and there are a few there working, so you don't have to wait. I visited here yesterday and the receptionist who served me was lovely. There are a few car parking spaces, so that's good as well. The waiting area is fine, a bit minimalistic. Dentists are never fun to visit, but this one seems to be as good as it can be

My daughter has just finished her orthodontic journey and both Gareth and Carly have been fantastic, the end result is beautiful and our daughter now has the confidence she deserves. I cannot fault anything about PennyPot. The reception team have always been accommodating and changing an appointment has always been easy. My daughter had had a bad experience at a previous dentist but is now reassured by going to the dentist because they have only ever given her a positive experience. We will continue to use PennyPot. It is a busy thriving practice, with a welcoming and happy environment.

We have been with Oradent for a few years now, the reception staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, we did request to change dentist due to personal preference and our new dentist is amazing, between him and Elise (one of the receptionist) they have conquered my daughters fear of the dentist completely! Elise deserves extra credit for going above and beyond in how she has handled the whole situation and even coming out from behind the desk to talk to and comfort my daughter, the practice was quiet at the time so she wasn’t taken away from other patients but she could have just sat behind the desk and ignored my worried daughter but instead she took the time to comfort her, distract her and making the whole experience so much better, I have never had any issues with any of the reception staff at Oradent and my daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist now what a turn around!

I have been using this dental practice for more than 50 years. In my opinion, they have always tried to help in times of emergency. In more recent years, Waheed has been looking after my old teeth, and his customer service is excellent. I visited today, and he was his normal happy self.
