We always receive excellent level of care from Kent Smile Studio for many years. All staff are very caring and professional. My son, who has additional needs, is well looked after and he has been referred to service in a timely manner when needed. Dr. Melody Prado has always looked after us very well. I recently had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Melody Prado, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Melody Prado took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns with patience and professionalism. During the procedure, I felt comfortable and well-cared for. The dentist’s skill and expertise were evident, and I appreciated the gentle approach that made the experience much less daunting than I had anticipated. I’m happy to report that I’m now pain-free and on the road to recovery! I highly recommend Dr. Melody Prado to anyone in need of dental care. My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. Dr Sofia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and provide detailed answers to my many questions. Lilly was also helpful and knowledgable . A wonderful team and very thorough. Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I would highly recommend them. I had a very bad experience in the past and I’m extremely nervous. I was put at ease and they were very supportive and patient with me. I have to return for more treatment and this will be the first time I’m happy to return

I had such a lovely experience here. I am having chemo at the moment and was worried about going to the dentist as it’s more prodding and pulling but they were so gentle and lovely. Probably the best experience at a dentist that I have ever had.

Had a fabulous afternoon tea today, Paradise for cake lovers! Had a call from the teashop in the morning asking which sandwich fillings we would prefer. Excellent being able to choose. Arrived with a table set with a crisp linen tablecloth, pretty crockery and fancy napkin. Coffees ordered, followed by a tray of sandwiches and sausage rolls. Vegetarian option available as well. Followed by a deliciously light scone with cream and jam and two plates of delicious cakes. Profiterole was yummy, as was the muffin and fruit tart. Had to box the remainder to take home. Thank you to the staff, was an excellent afternoon

The tea room is in an old building with wood beams and is quite charming. On offer are rolls,baguettes,panini's jacket potatoes etc. you can order afternoon tea or have cream teas. They have a lovely selection of cakes and also cheesecakes. Probably ces are a little on the high side but portions are generous. A pot of tea is currently £2.90 and most coffees are around £4. A tuna mayo baguette is £6.93 but is large with lots of filling and comes with crisps and a nice side salad There is free parking but note the road is a bit lumpy with pot holes. Overall it's a pleasant tea room, the staff are all friendly and your food is made fresh upon ordering.

I always leave an empty star for potential improvement ( even if I don't know what the improvement might be 😂). It was lovely . Only had coffee and cake but it was lovely . Good service with a smile 🙂. The sort of place that makes you think all is well with the world . Thank you . Now I visit there regularly I have to give it 5 stars across the board . Lovely, cheerful, happy people in there 🌞. The adjacent shop is lovely too .

I have cycled to and stopped of here on bike rides. A lovely farm shop that does food, tea and cakes. You can sit inside, on the veranda out the front or in the garden. Staff are friendly and the cakes are my favourite. 🙂

Popped in to get some food for the ducks... We spent about 45mins in the tranquil setting of the pond, with the ducks & the fish... The village of Breadgar is lovely... My only frustration of note is the drivers using the location as a cut through, whilst the other road routes are congested.. If you're visiting with younger children, this is definitely something I'd take note of 👍🏼

I drove past the tea shop a couple of times and put it on my must visit list. Today was the day i visited. I took 3 friends with me for a morning coffee's. We had a very warm welcome, which was nice, hello's and smiles all around. The staff were very friendly and the service was very good. We ordered a variety of foods/drinks and not forgetting the cakes too. I would recommend this little gem of a tea shop to anyone, I would give it 10 gold stars if i could. We are planning a return visit, we would like to try their lunch menu. I would also recommend ringing ahead to reserve a talbe to save being disappointed.

As always the staff are polite and helpful. The dentist and his nurse are great and always explain everything they are doing and share the results of the examination. They are also very reassuring. Definitely the best dentist I have had.

I was referred here by my dentist to have snapped wisdom tooth extracted also one next to it, I am such an anxious person but was put at ease the minute I walked in the dentist room. Can’t remember the surgeons name but she made sure I was in no pain, even topping it up as I could feel the second one coming out. I found the whole experience very good, very friendly and calming. I would recommend choirs dental surgery to anyone. Thank you .

I was sent here to have a wisdom tooth out by a specialist. Not going to tie I wasn't looking forward to it. My partner had had a very bad experience here. But everything was great. Very fast but efficient. Tooth was taken out in about 4 mins lots of pain killer given Thank you

Took my 3 children for a check up today. Excellent customer care. Reception staff were nice and friendly. Dentist made us feel welcome and the children felt at ease whilst having their check up. Would recommend this dentist.

Just had our first appointment at this exceptional dentistry. First class receptionists that give you that personal touch and explain everything well. Then the actual dentist who was the best we have ever seen and we are in our 60s. Very friendly, puts you at ease and explains everything so well re your teeth post examination including showing you your X-ray images straight away and not forgetting the dental nurse who once again was really friendly and helpful throughout. Being a registered patient at this practice, i needed to contact the dental practice for an emergency appointment. The reception staff were great and i was seen within 3hrs. The service i received from my initial phone call to the treatment i had was amazing, 10/10. After investigation i was found to have a fractured tooth, which the dentist treated there and then. Amazing is all I can say. My first visit there. I went in with a toothache. Filled in my personal details. Went straight in to see the dentist. Within 10minutes my tooth was out. The dentist and his assistant lovely. Would definitely recommend this practise. So clean and new as well.

Devika/mary are the most lovely ladies, the last denstery work done was amazing, pain free, dare I say, enjoyable, as for the newly refurbished clinic was also more than comfortable and reception staff friendly/ helpful. From a recent client 👍
