Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Sejal and Billy are a fantastic team !

Great practice. The receptionists are always very friendly and chatty and go out of their way to welcome you. The dental practitioner and hygienist are always very friendly and keep me up to date with prices/treatments, and also sympathetic towards me with any dental problems. The surgery is always very clean, with a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Plenty of onscreen information for patients to watch, as well as good products on sale. I wasn’t feeling very well after my treatment on Wednesday after all the anaesthetic and the receptionist was very caring and made sure I was ok before I left.

After experiencing problems with a lower molar I have received excellent service from the practice in New Romney to try and rectify the pain. Several appointments to try and retain the tooth were arranged but sadly and finally I had to have it extracted today. The senior partner arranged a special appointment and took the time and trouble to deal with it himself going over the history before the extraction took place. I was very impressed with their professionalism and speed of action and would highly recommend them.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this dental practice. The reception staff are always welcoming and pleasant on arrival, which sets a great tone for the visit. The dentist and dental nurse are both considerate and friendly, making the process much more comfortable. Doctor Sunuka makes us both very welcome, asks about the family and is prepared to listen. I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

At a time of great pain. The service exceeded my expectation they could not have done more for me at a time when I really needed there help. Absolutely perfect! I am usually anxious with dental appointments but my experience with GM Dental had been the best so far. Staff was very welcoming and my doctor was very gentle and reassuring. I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

My husband was so very grateful to have been seen today, not once but twice. First appt was 8.50 to assess a broken tooth and then asked to return at 11am to rebuild the broken tooth. So coming from North Devon to take the tunnel ferry to Calais on the next day we went to the pharmacy shop in Tesco where one of the employees recommended your practice. We were very happy you medicated Sandra and released her pain. After taking the antibiotica the inflammation went down and the dentist will have another look next week. As someone who is terrified of needles and injections, I was extremely nervous on the day. But the ladies greeted me and made me feel welcome from the get-go! They numbed my lips and the chair was so comfy! I could have fallen asleep; I felt nothing at all! Dr Priya was so gentle, warm and chatty! I will definitely be returning! I went to Dr Priya after seeing how natural her photos looked. I had Botox and lip fillers during my appointment. Both Dr Priya and Louisa were so lovely and reassuring. They spent time talking through the results I wanted and planning how to achieve them before starting. Everything was talked through with me during the works being carried also and I am so happy with the results. My lips look fuller, with a defined Cupid’s bow and the results enhance my features naturally. My smile lines (crows feet) and forehead are smooth and symmetrical and feel years have been taken off me. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else now. I would recommend Dr Priya to anyone looking for a professional, friendly atmosphere to gain natural but positive results.

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.
