I found everyone to be welcoming, friendly and reassuring. I am so glad I found this place.I am usually an anxious patient but have been treated so well with everything explained clearly, so that I could relax and completely trust them. I am currently in the process of having implants done and have found everyone especially Dr Maung very clear and caring, making the process a breeze. I would definitely recommend for all dental care and work.

Literally the best dental hygienist and fellow staff. I am usually a nervous and rather cynical patient having had some rather painful and expensive dental appointments at my old dentists in London in the past. However, I have been totally and very pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly, kind and reassuring. They gave very clear information. Best of all I didn't experience any pain at all. (The only reason I haven't mentioned a particular dentist, is because I am a new patient and haven't seen one yet!) I would recommend this dental surgery. Thanks Providence Dental!

I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

I am very grateful for the speedy, amazing treatment I have received at Pennypot Deal. I have now had to have several emergency appointments over the years and I am always amazed at how they have managed to get me sorted and pain free very quickly. A horrific experience as a child I grew up terrified of the dentist. Since Dr Raza took over the practice I have even paid for extra treatments as they really make you feel at ease. Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

Gareth and Carly did a fantastic job on my daughters teeth, we are so pleased with the results and the service received during her time as their patient. They're both so personable and friendly which always put her at ease and customer service was always excellent they were so accommodating fitting her in if they had cancellations really sped the whole process up . Her teeth were really crooked when we started and as a teen girl she felt insecure of smiling.The results are just amazing she has a beautiful smile and is really happy. I recently attended my routine yearly checkup at Pennypots and I had a positive experience. I booked my appointment about three weeks ago and was pleased not to have a long wait. On the day, I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly by the receptionist. The waiting room was comfortable, and I only waited 8–10 minutes past my scheduled time, which I found perfectly acceptable. The checkup itself was thorough and efficient, taking about 10–15 minutes. Both the dentist and the nurse were friendly and professional. I was advised to monitor a tooth with a mild gum infection and schedule another checkup in six months, which was helpful advice. Overall, the appointment was quick and hassle-free—I was in and out within 30 minutes. The practice also has a small free car park, and I was able to find a space without any issues. I’m very satisfied with the service and care I received and would recommend this practice to others!

My daughter has just finished her orthodontic journey and both Gareth and Carly have been fantastic, the end result is beautiful and our daughter now has the confidence she deserves. I cannot fault anything about PennyPot. The reception team have always been accommodating and changing an appointment has always been easy. My daughter had had a bad experience at a previous dentist but is now reassured by going to the dentist because they have only ever given her a positive experience. We will continue to use PennyPot. It is a busy thriving practice, with a welcoming and happy environment.

This place is my dentist. I am satisfied with it here. My dentist is good, he gets to the point and does what he needs to do.. My hygienist is also brilliant and very friendly and seems to do a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionists are good and there are a few there working, so you don't have to wait. I visited here yesterday and the receptionist who served me was lovely. There are a few car parking spaces, so that's good as well. The waiting area is fine, a bit minimalistic. Dentists are never fun to visit, but this one seems to be as good as it can be

After waiting a long time to find a dentist to register with, I was accepted at Oradent Lydd. I am very happy with the service I have received so far. From the helpful reception staff to the wonderful dentist and dental nurse, my experience has been amazing. The dentist explains procedures with patience and in a very professional way. This is going to sound like a fake review but there's no other way to put it... Dr O. Adaja is basically the best dentist I've ever had... EVER! Just had x3 fillings with no injections, no pain and no issues. He's super easy to get along with and the receptionist and nursing staff are all really friendly too. You guys have restored my faith in dentists after many years of struggling with bad ones.

I had a private dentist and was so grateful when l finally found this NHS dental clinic. I now have new information and do not need to worry about my teeth and gums as much as l was, which also keeps the cost down too. Extremely happy with the care we receive from Dr Bilal. He is an excellent dentist with outstanding communication skills. As someone who is very anxious around dental treatment I find Dr Bilal explains the process clearly and whilst under going treatment he narrates what he is doing and what is to come next. Making a stressful experience a lot more manageable. He is fantastic with young children, both my son and daughter are very happy to be seen by him. Staff at Lydd dental care are all super friendly. The lady on reception is very personable and always welcomes you with a smile and chats to my children. I have had positive experiences with every dental nurse I have encountered at the practice.

Chopra dental surgery is the best dentist I have used . I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to going to the dentist but the dentist at Chopra shows empathy to me. This is such a fantastic dental surgery. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and extremely patient and caring to those who are perhaps a little nervous. They were absolutely brilliant with my 3 young children who were all very apprehensive about their appointment. They're all looking forward to their next visit. I cannot rate this surgery enough. I'm a complete whimp when it comes to the dentist and dread any appointment for weeks before I'm due to be seen but, Chopra and Associates really do have an amazing team that obviously care about their patients and take the time to help you feel at ease.
