Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Best dentist I have ever been to, use amazing equipment and the way they can numb just the tooth they are working on instead of the whole side of the face is brilliant. Also get treated like a friend instead of a job

Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. I keep moving forward with Roma, she is skilled and amazing. See you soon, hope you noticed the squeeze ball survived my dental surgery 👌

Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. From the periodontal treatments with Nidhi to the cosmetic work carried out by James, I honestly can’t put into words my gratitude to the team for not only getting me over my fear of the dentist but for also giving me a beautiful & healthy smile that I can be proud of. What an amazing dental practice. Always professional with a very friendly atmosphere. Recently I have been seeing Dr Wally who I cannot speak highly enough about. A top professional and an absolute gentleman who immediately puts you at ease and explains everything in plain English. 1st class! I had a broken tooth at the back of my mouth so I was very worried about extraction. I had no need to worry. The receptionist was very polite. I was quickly put at ease and the extraction was quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

Chopra dental surgery is the best dentist I have used . I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to going to the dentist but the dentist at Chopra shows empathy to me. She takes her time allowing me to have a break during treatment should I feel I need it. She is also very friendly and very personable.

This is such a fantastic dental surgery. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and extremely patient and caring to those who are perhaps a little nervous. They were absolutely brilliant with my 3 young children who were all very apprehensive about their appointment. They're all looking forward to their next visit. I cannot rate this surgery enough. I'm a complete whimp when it comes to the dentist and dread any appointment for weeks before I'm due to be seen but, Chopra and Associates really do have an amazing team that obviously care about their patients and take the time to help you feel at ease. Extremely happy with the care we receive from Dr Bilal. He is an excellent dentist with outstanding communication skills. As someone who is very anxious around dental treatment I find Dr Bilal explains the process clearly and whilst under going treatment he narrates what he is doing and what is to come next. Making a stressful experience a lot more manageable. He is fantastic with young children, both my son and daughter are very happy to be seen by him. Staff at Lydd dental care are all super friendly. The lady on reception is very personable and always welcomes you with a smile and chats to my children. I have had positive experiences with every dental nurse I have encountered at the practice.

I had a private dentist and was so grateful when l finally found this NHS dental clinic. I now have new information and do not need to worry about my teeth and gums as much as l was, which also keeps the cost down too. Thank you so much as l had previously been given the wrong information. The staff were friendly and l would definitely recommend this place. If anyone is concerned with their current dentist with what they are being told, l would advise them to get a second opinion as there are scammers everywhere. Thank you for your help.

After waiting a long time to find a dentist to register with, I was accepted at Oradent Lydd. I am very happy with the service I have received so far. From the helpful reception staff to the wonderful dentist and dental nurse, my experience has been amazing. The dentist explains procedures with patience and in a very professional way. My daughter has just finished her orthodontic journey and both Gareth and Carly have been fantastic, the end result is beautiful and our daughter now has the confidence she deserves. I cannot fault anything about PennyPot. The reception team have always been accommodating and changing an appointment has always been easy. My daughter had had a bad experience at a previous dentist but is now reassured by going to the dentist because they have only ever given her a positive experience. We will continue to use PennyPot. Gareth and Carly did a fantastic job on my daughters teeth, we are so pleased with the results and the service received during her time as their patient. They're both so personable and friendly which always put her at ease and customer service was always excellent they were so accommodating fitting her in if they had cancellations really sped the whole process up . Her teeth were really crooked when we started and as a teen girl she felt insecure of smiling.The results are just amazing she has a beautiful smile and is really happy. I recently attended my routine yearly checkup at Pennypots and I had a positive experience. I booked my appointment about three weeks ago and was pleased not to have a long wait. On the day, I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly by the receptionist. The waiting room was comfortable, and I only waited 8–10 minutes past my scheduled time, which I found perfectly acceptable. The checkup itself was thorough and efficient, taking about 10–15 minutes. Both the dentist and the nurse were friendly and professional. I was advised to monitor a tooth with a mild gum infection and schedule another checkup in six months, which was helpful advice. Overall, the appointment was quick and hassle-free—I was in and out within 30 minutes. The practice also has a small free car park, and I was able to find a space without any issues. I’m very satisfied with the service and care I received and would recommend this practice to others!
