Words really can't explain how fantastic the service from Kayleigh was throughout the process in both the preparations for, and the day of, our wedding. Kayleigh has an amazing ability to make you feel like the only couple she is working for through the whole experience. She is fantastic at listening to the "vision", sharing ideas and advice, and executing to perfection. Her responsiveness, above all else, was so helpful and reassuring when handling lots of suppliers - it really does make the difference. My only regret is that I don't have another event to use her for! If i could give 6 stars I would.

I would highly recommend the Pretty Events Company. Kayleigh was a delight to deal with as we planned our wedding. We really didn’t have much of a clue about event dressing so Kayleigh met us at the wedding venue (The Vines) and gave us some great ideas and inspiration. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Kayleigh is just wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with her on our wedding journey. She is warm, friendly and really helpful. The customer service is excellent. I really recommend visiting her showroom as the face to face experience is lovely and really assists in creating a vision. We really wanted a starlit canopy at our venue but the type we wanted hadn’t been installed there before so this was a mammoth task for Kayleigh and her team. They worked so hard to make it happen and I know a huge amount of work went on behind the scenes. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to life and remained conscious of our budget throughout. If you are looking for a professional, friendly, reliable service, definitely consider Pretty Events Co.

Well what can we say? Kayleigh at Pretty Events was AMAZING! We can't thank her enough for the effort she put in to making the décor at our wedding at Hall Place just perfect. From the moment we met Kayleigh at her showroom we knew we had met someone who understood us and knew the look we were aiming for and she so delivered on everything. The chair coverings, lanterns and flowers in the room where we got married looked just as we imagined/hoped it would look and the main hall for our reception was just WOW, so much so that it actually left us speechless (which is a miracle in itself as Kayleigh will confirm as we do like to talk!). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Kayleigh and for that we will always be so grateful as our day was just perfect. If we ever need any décor for a party or future event then we will definitely be calling on Kayleigh as it will be like getting in touch with a friend. Evoke helped me organise the disco, photo booth some drapes and extra lights for the venue. Emma got everything perfectly timed so each part was installed at a set time on the day so it was minimally disruptive to the wedding party, the draps add that extra special touch to the room, the mirror photo booth was a major and DJ was spot on. All in all Evoke events added those finishing touches to what was a memorable special occasion. Highly recommended and when my other daughter gets married I will use Evoke events again. Thanks Emma💕

Emma helped us with hiring waiting staff for our DIY wedding and after patiently discussing our needs, she provided us with an amazing team of four. Arriving on site whilst we were in our ceremony, they worked unsupervised to provide an excellent service to our guests who were full of compliments for them. We had brought some flowers back with us from the church and they were incredibly helpful in artfully displaying them around the marquee. Chic Weddings did the bouquets, buttonholes/lapels & venue styling for my daughter & new son-in-law's wedding on 20th July 2024. The top table flowers & hand tied bouquets on each table were gorgeous. Lots of comments about the bride & bridesmaids bouquets which were absolutely stunning. The tables had silver crackle vases & tea light holders on them, & we had a sheer curtain backdrop against the window behind the top table to frame it. I can highyly recommend Chic Weddings, the team are warm, friendly & very helpful; they reply quickly to calls & emails, the whole planning process was smooth & stress free. Wonderful, thank you!

If you’re looking for someone to style your venue and take all the stress away. Hire these guys now. We found them through our venue and went to one of these procecco and browse days. Well these guys formed my wedding. I found them, my rings and my stationary through there show room! I wanted an Autumn wonderland and they delivered! They came in the morning and when I went to check on them they needed no direction they knew what they were doing I could go upstairs and enjoy my morning stress free. When I came down for my ceremony I couldn’t believe it was the same room it looked amazing. The colours, the attention to detail, the neatness!!! Everyone of my guests were in awe and took so many photos infront of our arch! These guys know weddings. Book them tell them your vision and they will make it come true. I didn’t have a clue what flowers I wanted and let them have complete control and my bouquet and the boys pocket flowers were stunning! Chic arranged the flowers for my wedding at Hayne House and created the most beautiful bouquets and archway. They listened to my many and ever changing ideas, helping to make it a reality and put it all together. They even created mistmatched bouquets in colours that were sentimental to each bridesmaid, yet tied in with my bouquet and including all the colours and flowers that I liked. Sophie’s help planning my wedding was invaluable. My husband and I were very busy in the lead up to our big day (and living in another country to where our nuptials were taking place). Sophie’s organization and attention to detail left no stone unturned and ensured every element was thought of, and taken care of. This allowed us to enjoy the experience, knowing she had everything covered. Often couples don’t realize how much work it is to organize a wedding, and how many elements must be arranged in synergy in order for everything to go to plan. The most important thing is to enjoy your wedding day (it goes so fast) and having a wedding planner enabled us to soak in every moment knowing the logistics were all taken care of. Do not hesitate to hire Sophie - she will mitigate stress, giving you a wedding day beyond your wildest dreams.

When we first started dreaming up our big day we had no intention of hiring a wedding planner, but we are so glad that we did! Sophie was a god-send throughout the entire process – from helping us establish a realistic budget, through to delivering our perfect wedding day flawlessly. Sophie was an absolute pleasure to work with, keeping us updated regularly whilst also taking a lot of the time-consuming admin off our hands. The suppliers Sophie recommended were incredible and we never would have found them without her help – in particular we will never get over the incredible flowers that Sophie and Lucy designed together. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Sophie and she stayed super calm, even when we hit bumps in the wedding planning road (which she always managed to resolve). Her amazing planning skills and reliable team on the day meant that we didn’t have to lift a finger from lunchtime the day before the wedding – we were able to enjoy a relaxing evening with friends and family and to have a calm morning of preparations whilst all the logistics happened behind the scenes. On the actual day we were blown away by the styling and execution of everything – it was just amazing to see it all come to life and we can’t thank Sophie enough for her time, dedication and passion that went in to making it a reality. Our advice if you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner is to just have a chat with Sophie – she has lots of different levels of service depending on your needs, and for us the full planning and styling was an investment that was 100% worth every penny.

From the outset Sophie was professional, genuinely interested and knew the right questions to ask. On the day itself she was a godsend. In the 30 degree heat and the general craziness that is your wedding day, she handled everything brilliantly and I felt in safe hands throughout. She ensured everyone was in the right place at the right time and as a result the whole day went perfectly and without a hitch. To top everything she's a truly lovely girl and my only regret is that I didn't have her on board earlier! I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Having a wedding planner is as much about what you DON’T see as what you do. Sophie was the invisible glue behind the scenes - linking the caterers, the hotel staff, the florist, dj and guests. Some months later we attended another wedding where the transitions between the cocktail, the dinner and the party were a bit confusing. They needed a Sophie.

Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve just held our second family reunion at Tudor Wing and had the most wonderful time. The property is full of charm and character and there’s plenty of room. The lovely grounds, surrounding countryside and pool make this a perfect venue for us. The staff were friendly and attentive, the house was clean and well presented on arrival with our bedding requirements as requested. There were plenty of bathroom towels for all of us. Lovely Priscilla was on hand for any ongoing needs.

We got married at Hoath House in Sept 2024 and had the best weekend ever. The house and grounds were gorgeous, the staff fantastic and the whole wedding set up was ideal. Harry was super understanding and accommodating throughout all of the lead up and would always offer to help. We had about 50 family and friends on site all weekend, the self contained areas were helpful so guests could look after themselves but still be on site. We stayed in one of the glamping pods and it was lovely - definitely the best way to start your wedding day with a dip in the hot tub! We also managed to get a dip in the pool on the Friday which was a great way to unwind after wedding prep. The accommodations were great, some rooms were quirky with ceiling set ups etc but wasn’t a big deal - just check you don’t put the tallest in there. It also involves communal bathrooms but everyone was fine with that. The lovely Stephanie from Leave it to Us catering sorted some absolutely delicious food for us, we couldn’t believe the quality, so definitely go with her!! Would definitely recommend Hoath House as a place to tie the knot surrounded by incredible grounds, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Photo credit to Jo, While We Wander

We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Hoath House in July 2024, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. With over 200 guests attending and more than 50 staying on-site, including babies, elderly relatives, and everyone in between, Hoath House exceeded our expectations. The property is ideal for large gatherings, providing plenty of communal space to enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded. The rooms were clean, each with its own unique character, adding to the venue's charm. Precilla was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, always on hand to assist with any needs, big or small. And on the day itself, Harry and his team were fantastic—they ensured everything ran smoothly, so we could focus on celebrating. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will absolutely be returning to Hoath House. For anyone looking for a venue that combines historical charm with practical hospitality for a memorable, large-scale event, we highly recommend this gem!

We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. I have now personally worked with Party Doctors 4 times both within a corporate and private sense, with one event already booked next year. To say Raj and Dom go above and beyond would be an understatement, I have yet to witness anything that these two gentleman cannot achieve (even from some of our wildest concepts!). They hold your hand through the entire planning process giving you breakdowns on cost throughout to help you stick to your intended budget, the system they use actually allows you to visually see how the concept will look within the space you are using. They worked tirelessly for us for our first expo this year becoming experts about our brand and what we do, the stand that they created actually drew in such a crowd that we struggled to keep up with the sheer amount of customers! Thankfully that was no problem to them and their team who immediately stepped in to offer information about who we are and what we do to keep clients entertained. Their staff are absolutely brilliant and they have a very close team, a special shout out to Tristan who we personally request for our events who is another person always willing to step up when things get stressful. Overall, I cannot recommend Party Doctors enough would not ever want to work with anyone else as it would simply be subpar.

We used Party Doctors to help us with a joint 18th birthday party for our daughter and her two friends. They were fantastic. From the first enquiry to the event itself they were honest, helpful, accommodating, trustworthy, professional and reliable. We had 250 guests of varying ages and Party Doctors literally created a night club in our garden. Everything from the marquee, indoor and outdoor lighting, DJ, bar, bar staff, food, toilets and security they arranged for us which took away the stress and allowed us to really enjoy the evening with our guests. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them - they honestly are all a pleasure to work with and know how to throw an unforgettable party !

Our company has worked with Party Drs on several occasions. They are a joy to work with, creative, professional and patient. Nothing seems too much to handle, and they understood our brand and requirements very quickly, carrying this through each event. The staff themselves are great, both friendly and humourous whilst maintaining professionalism. Our recent even was a large exhibition which they took care of from start to finish. From designing our stand to completing all the paperwork and formalities with the venue. Raj and Dom took great care in making sure our stand was ready and even took over aspects that were not in their remit to ensure it met our standards. Raj, Dom and their staff took very good care of our company and customers. When our stand was extremely busy, they took the initiative to mingle with the crowd, offer drinks so our guests were not left hanging around empty handed. Even "off the clock" they assisted in arranging transport home for our stranded customers. This was just a typical example of the lengths they will go to to ensure the event is a success for their customer. We have not hesitated to book again for next year.

I want to say thank you for the wonderful wedding planning course. The course was incredibly informative and practical, and I feel I’ve learned so much! I appreciated how hands-on it was, allowing us to practice what ‘we learned. The day wedding coordination was particularly amazing as it gave me a taste of what it’s like to work on a real wedding. It was a fantastic opportunity to see everything come together and made me more excited about becoming a wedding planner. What an incredible week spent on the Elite Course with the Wedding Planner School. As an aspiring wedding planner the course was just the thing I was looking for x1000. We were lucky enough to stay in the grounds of Leeds Castle for a week which was a magical experience whilst getting to know my course mates, who were all really supportive of one another. The daily classroom sessions (theory and practical) went into great detail and there was lots of opportunity for questions and discussion. In addition, the opportunity to work on a real wedding towards the end of the week was brilliant and gives you great insight as to what you can expect. All in all, the course was the perfect springboard for my next step towards becoming a wedding planner. Thanks to Pippa and Amber for everything you continue to put into it!

I recently completed the 1:1 course in Wedding Planning & Business marketing. I was very impressed with how the course was structured. I was given 8 books which I read before the 1:1 session which I found to be incredibly detailed & informative. The 1:1 session was engaging and I really enjoyed Pippa's teaching style. I found Pippa to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the wedding industry and how I could work to develop my business and succeed. I really appreciated the time Pippa took to help me work on my branding and develop a realistic business plan.
